Les outils pour tempo le bus on se doit de les avoirs via des compétences en jeux (stun, root, mezz etc ....) et via un bon lead (back dans des quoi reculé pour lâcher des ulti etc ...).

Mais en aucun cas être en permanence (ou pas loin) full ressources avec des compétences sans timer n'est une solution viable.

Vous vous tromper de cible la ... la gestion des ressources ne devrait pas être un soucis d'équilibrage dans un rvr/ava/pvp de qualités, c'est la gestion des compétences et des synergies qui doivent l'être.

La modification du TP des sorciers qui coûte un bras si tu le spam allait dans ce sens mais ZoS c'est arrêté à cet unique skill si je ne me trompe pas.

C'est seulement un peu, tu as pas eu besoin d'attendre d'être CP 600 pour réussir le HL ni même 400, et bien au pire suivant ton niv de champion. Donc du point vue regen, tu vas te retrouver avec celle que tu avais il y a quelques niv de champion, rien de traumatisant, il suffit d'inclure une attaque lourde ou 2 de plus dans ton cycle pour ne plus y penser.

Le nerf ne va pas concerner que les CP mais aussi tous les sorts et passifs qui donnent de la régénération.
Bref, si quelques attaques lourdes de temps en temps suffisent, effectivement on devrait s'en sortir, mais à la lecture du truc, j'avais l'impression que c'était bien plus sévère que ça.
C'est certain que la lecture peut surprendre quand on te dit nerf de 50% de la regen du passif d'armure moyenne.
Cella semble violent mais concrètement cela masse le bonus de regen de 10% à 5 %, déjà comme cella c'est vachement moins violent.

Et puis tes adversaires subissent le même nerf, eux aussi vont tomber oom, c'est pas parce qu'ils sont à 5 contre un que cela va rendre les adeptes des bus intelligents, ils feront comme d'hab, je balance tout tout de suite, je suis oom et je me fait défoncer parce que celui que je poursuivait lui à pas tapé et qu'il a encore de la ressource, je rage quite et je vais whine sur les forum, ouin ouin vous avez tuai le jeu je delete mes persau band de noob, blablabla.

The Elder Scrolls Online v3.0.1 is the first incremental patch on the PTS. In this patch, we’ve enabled the remaining two game types in Battlegrounds: Capture the Flag and Team Deathmatch. In addition, we’ve also activated some Medals that you can receive by participating in Battlegrounds. This is a work in progress, and not all Medals have been added yet.

We’ve made several fixes to content found in the Morrowind Chapter, including things surrounding Vvardenfell quests, Battlegrounds, new furnishings, and Halls of Fabrication. We’ve also made several fixes and tweaks to the Warden class.

In the base game, you’ll find that we’ve focused mainly on bug fixes for this patch, though there are a few tweaks to class abilities. We do have some further tweaks and adjustments planned for future PTS patches, and we’ll also continue to monitor all your feedback.

The size of this incremental patch is approximately 430MB.

Battlegrounds Updates
  • Capture the Flag and Team Deathmatch game modes are now active in Battlegrounds!
    • Capture the Flag mode is a more structured attack-and-defend styled game type that will be most enjoyed by those who thrive as part of a team. Capture your enemies' flags and return them to your base while carefully defending your own.
    • Team Deathmatch is perfect for those who don't want to worry too much about mundane things like “objectives" or “teamwork." Find and destroy enemy player characters with each kill granting your team points.
  • Medals are now active in all Battlegrounds.
    • The goal of Medals is to reinforce the activity of the game mode you're currently playing. In a Domination match, you'll get Medals that encourage capturing and holding the flags on the map along with standing your ground, whereas in Deathmatch games you'll earn Medals purely on your combat prowess.
    • Medals are awarded on a per-action basis per Battleground type, and are currently exclusive to those game types. This means you can earn Double Kill Medals in Deathmatch games, but not Capture the Flag games.
    • These Medals contribute to your Leaderboard score on Flag Games, Deathmatch or Land Grab Leaderboards.
    • Currently, all players on the Leaderboards will be rewarded at the end of the week for testing purposes. This will be changed to be a percentage of the top 100 players in future PTS cycles.
    • The number of Medals you earn affect whether you earn a green, blue or purple reward at the end of matches.
      • Currently, these thresholds are 5 Medals for a blue upgrade and 15 Medals for a purple upgrade.
    • Medals also contribute to the amount of Gold, AP and XP you earn per Battleground.
    • Important note: Not all Medals are complete and there is currently some disparity between the amounts of Medals you can earn in Deathmatch vs. Capture the Flag vs. Domination matches at the moment. This will be addressed in a future PTS patch.

Overland Sets
  • War Maiden (Light)

  • Defiler (Medium)

    • (5) When you deal Critical Damage, you have an 8% chance to summon a Hunger that spews poison to all enemies in front of it, dealing 9999 Poison Damage and stunning any enemy hit for 5 seconds. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.
  • Warrior-Poet (Heavy)
    • (2) Max Health
    • (3) Spell Resist
    • (4) Physical Resist
    • (5) Gain Minor Toughness at all times, increasing your Max Health by 10%.
Crafted Sets
  • Assassin’s Guile

    • (5) Increases the duration of your alchemical poisons by 4 seconds.
  • Daedric Trickery

    • (5) While in combat you gain one of 5 random Major Buffs for 10 seconds every 20 seconds. Eligible buffs are Expedition, Protection, Mending, Heroism, or Vitality.

    • (5) Adds 2000 Max Stamina

  • Wizard’s Riposte (Light)

    • (5) When you take Critical Damage, you apply Minor Maim to the enemy for 15 seconds, reducing their damage done by 15%.
  • Knight Slayer (Light)

    • (5) Your fully-charged Heavy Attacks against Players deal an additional 10% of their Max Health as Oblivion Damage.
  • Coward’s Gear (Medium)

    • (5) While Sprinting you gain Major Expedition and Major Protection, increasing your Movement Speed and reducing your damage taken by 30%.

    • (5) When you taunt an enemy Player, they deal 50% less damage to all other Players but 100% more damage to you for 15 seconds.

  • Inventor’s Guard (Light)

    • (5) When you use an Ultimate ability, you and the closest 2 allies within 28 meters of you gain Major Aegis for 10 seconds, reducing your damage taken from Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 15%.
  • Master Architect (Light)

    • (3) Gain Minor Slayer at all times, increasing your damage done to Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 5%.

    • (5) When you use an Ultimate ability, you and the closest 2 allies within 28 meters of you gain Major Slayer for 10 seconds, increasing your damage done to Dungeon and Trial Monsters by 15%.
  • War Machine (Medium)

  • Battleground item set armor pieces (and shields) on PTS templates will now be awarded in the Impenetrable item trait rather than Divines.
  • Fixed an issue where the new item sets for the Halls of Fabrication and overland Morrowind drops were not included in the PTS templates' loot tables.
    • The War Maiden, Defiler, and Warrior-Poet item sets are now available in the Overland Sets bag.
    • The Automated Defense, War machine, Master Architect, and Inventor's Guard item sets are available in the Trial Sets bag.
  • Characters created with PTS templates will now begin with their Weapon, Armor, Soul, World, and Racial Skill Lines already unlocked.
  • The Consumables box found in character templates will no longer display a Required Level.
  • We've added a new recipe book to the contents of the Ultimate Crafting Crate: Donolon's Holiday Book.
    • This contains the recipes previously made available during the Witches Festival, Jester's Festival, and New Life Festival.
    • We've also made Aetherial Ambrosia and Mythic Aetherial Ambrosia available in Donolon's Rare Recipe Book, alongside the original Psijic Ambrosia.
    • We’ve also made Aetherial Dust and Diminished Aetherial Dust available in Donolon's Portable Pantry.

Alliance War
Battlegrounds
  • You may occasionally not receive an item reward at the end of a Battlegrounds.
  • The interact prompt on Relics will currently appear for any team member while in its home location, despite not being able to be picked up by their own team while in its home.
  • When earning some medals that are cumulative (ex: kill streaks in a Deathmatch or multiple CTF Flag captures) you will earn more Medals than designed. This will be resolved in a later PTS patch.
  • When recapturing a capture location in Domination matches, you may earn a capture Medal prior to the 50% capture mark as noted in the UI.
  • Battlegrounds leaderboards are not currently displaying a cumulative score, but instead a most recent score.

Housing
Furnishings
  • Achievement Furnishers may fail to display their goods under certain circumstances. This will be fixed in the next PTS patch.

Quests & Zones
Vvardenfell
  • You will be unable to enter St. Delyn’s Penthouse in Vivec City through the door. Fast traveling to the map icon will still function.

Battlegrounds
  • A basic amount of Experience, dependent on your level, is now granted when completing a Battleground.
  • Assistants, vanity pets and Mementos can no longer be summoned while in Battlegrounds.
  • Various changes have been made to the queuing process to aid in match-making. This includes a potential fix for the issue where only the group leader would be ported to the map, and the issue with groupmates being split after joining a Battleground.

  • Fixed various graphic and animation-related issues.
  • Neria Lerano is now, thankfully, wearing pants.
  • Fixed an issue where collectible emotes would remove you from first person view.
  • Fixed an issue where apples would clip through Taluri Salen’s hands. Ouch!

Animation
  • The Ashlanders found eating stew will now transition more smoothly into combat.
  • The tail on Verminous Fabricants will no longer clip into the ground when using the Devour ability.
  • Naryu’s accessories will now animate properly whenever you speak with her.
  • Fixed some animation issues with Baar Dau.
  • The Cliff Strider's left arm and wing will no longer clip into the ground when idle.

  • Animal Companions
    • Savage Beast: This passive ability now generates Ultimate when you cast an Animal Companion ability, instead of when you deal damage with an Animal Companion ability.
      Developer Comments:

      This change will make generating Ultimate from this passive more reliable for Wardens, as it can now proc off non-damaging Animal Companion abilities such as Betty Netch and Falcon’s Swiftness.
  • Green Balance
    • Accelerated Growth: This passive ability now grants you Major Mending when you heal an ally who is below 40% Health, reduced from 50%, and the duration of Major Mending has been reduced to 1.5/3 seconds, down from 3/6 seconds.
      Developer Comments:

      With the universal goal of reducing Major Mending uptime for all classes, we’ve made it slightly more difficult for Wardens to obtain this buff category and also reduced its overall duration.
    • Maturation: Reduced the duration of the Minor Toughness buff applied by this passive ability to 5/10 seconds, down from 10/20 seconds.

      The duration reduction for this passive is meant to be paired in tandem with a change to its functionality, which is coming in the next PTS patch. Maturation will be changed to proc off any healing ability the Warden uses, rather than only Green Balance abilities, due to Wardens lacking a large amount of “global” passives (a passive that doesn’t require or modify abilities from its skill tree).
  • Winter’s Embrace
    • Sleet Storm: Your camera will no longer tilt when casting this Ultimate.

Monsters & World Bosses
  • Kimbrudhil the Songbird
    • It is no longer possible to avoid Songbird's Embrace, or break out of it, without using its synergy or allowing it to expire.
    • Songbird's Embrace now immediately lifts affected player characters into the air.
    • Songbirds Embrace now has the proper icon.
  • The enemy Mad Griskild now uses a sword and mace instead of two swords.

Halls of Fabrication Trial
  • General
    • Fixed an issue where a UI error could display when gaining an achievement.
    • The Incomprehensible Artifact that’s found after resetting the circuit breaker now properly offers the quest when used.
  • Pinnacle Fabricant
    • You can now hear Divayth Fyr’s audio more clearly during the encounter with this boss.
    • You will no longer take damage from the Liminal Transformer’s Meltdown or Overload while affected by the Slowfall spell from Divayth Fyr.
    • The visual effects for Scalded will now properly display on you while in Veteran Halls of Fabrication.
    • Electric Overflow now correctly displays the caster of the ability as the Liminal Transformer in the Death Recap window.
  • Imperfect Triumvirate
    • Increased the time it takes for Explosive Fabricants to reappear on Normal Difficulty.
  • Assembly General
    • The Enkindling Arm will no longer “fire” during the Assembly General’s Quake.
    • The Feedback effect no longer displays as an Active Effect.
    • The Assembly General will no longer get into a state in which he fails to be able to fire his Quake ability.
    • Power Sink is now only active on the ramps behind the Assembly General.
    • Tactical Facsimiles that are created by scanning Templars will now cleanse taunts off the Assembly General and other monsters.
    • Tactical Facsimiles that are created by scanning Templars now use Puncturing Sweeps and Radiant Destruction.
    • The Assembly General now has a suitably grand death animation to accompany his epic stature.
    • The Disassembly Command ability no longer displays at an angle.
    • The Stomp ability is now a radius rather than a cone.
    • Truncation and Enkindling Arm that target enemies in the trench will now do more damage to those targets.
    • The Bleed from the Truncation Arm’s attack will now stack while on Veteran Difficulty.
    • Increased the damage of the Enkindling Arm and the Truncation Arm abilities in Veteran difficulty.
    • Reduced the visual effects on the Terminals.

  • Fixed a rare issue where loot could fail to drop from urns in Dunmeri ancestral tombs.

Achievements
  • Morrowind Master Angler: Fixed an issue where this achievement was not displaying in the list of Morrowind achievements.

Collectibles
  • Fixed an issue where the Replica Tonal Inverter Memento’s cooldown was not functioning properly.
  • Fixed an issue where the Dwarven War Dog did not have an Acquire Hint listed. This Collectible is available in the Discovery Pack, and it now says as much on the tooltip when unlocked.
  • Using the Twilight Shard Memento will no longer levitate you into the air.

Item Sets
  • Daedric Trickery: Fixed an issue where this Item Set’s proc would trigger immediately if you weapon swapped into the set.
  • Infector: Corrected the name of this Item Set to Defiler.

Titles
  • Renamed the title "The Tick-Tock Terrorizer" to "Tick-Tock Tormentor".

  • The Telvanni Streetlight, Organic Amber furnishing now produces light as you’d expect.
  • Fixed an issue where some light furnishings were going translucent when turned on, or were producing light from the wrong location on the model.
  • Added the Animated descriptor to the Indoril Lantern, Hanging furnishing.
  • Swapped the names of the Velothi Panels, Waterfall and Velothi Panels, Geyser.
  • Changed the category of the Dwarven Pot, Sealed furnishing to be Pottery.
  • Fixed an issue that caused Target Skeletons to have fewer hitpoints when placed in Morrowind Homes. Target Skeletons now have the same amount of hitpoints, regardless of which home they are placed in.
  • Fixed an issue where the Amaya Lake Lodge and Ald Velothi Harbor House would not show what achievement was needed in order to unlock the "Buy with Gold" option.
    • The Ald Velothi Harbor House requires the "Champion of Vivec" achievement, while the Amaya Lake Lodge home requires the "Savior of Morrowind" achievement.
  • Added a default nickname to the Ald Velothi Harbor House, the Tel Galen home, and Amaya Lake Lodge.
    • The Ald Velothi Harbor House has the default nickname "Redoran Home"
    • The Tel Galen home has the default nickname "Telvanni Home"
    • The Amaya Lake Lodge has the default nickname "Hlaalu Home"
  • Furniture items obtained from the Battleground Furnisher will now stack properly.
  • One of the "Indoril Candelabra, Temple" housing items was renamed to "Indoril Candelabra, Temple Chamber". Additionally, the "Indoril Candelabra, Chamber Shrine" was changed to "Indoril Candelabra, Shrine Chamber" for consistency.
  • A particular purple-quality furniture item found in Vvardenfell tombs was lacking a name. It is now "Velothi Mat, Prayer".
  • Moved the Replica Stone of Ashalmawia furnishing to the Sacred Pieces category and added an Animated tag.
  • Added a new category for Crystals under Conservatory furnishing items.
  • Fixed a few typos in the names of the furnishing items Statue, Cowering Ebony and Statue, Terrified Ebony.
  • The Triptych of the Triune furnishing now costs 20k gold instead of 50k.
  • Fixed an issue with the Kwama Queen Egg furnishing's texture. In addition, the furnishing now requires the "Kwama Miner" achievement to purchase.
  • The following furnishings are now of blue quality:
    • Ashlander Fence, Totems
    • Silt Strider Shell, Hollow
    • Tapestry, St. Veloth
  • The Tribunal Shrine in Fountain furnishing is now animated.

  • The Velothi Podium of Illumination furnishing now has a book attached to it: "Relics of Saint Veloth".
  • You can now sit on the Telvanni Throne furnishing item.
  • Since the Sapling, Twisted and Sapling, Young Scrub furnishings were both identical models, the Sapling, Twisted furnishing was removed from the Home Goods vendor and the Sapling, Young Scrub remains on sale.
    • If you own the Sapling, Twisted, you will be able to keep the furnishing and place it as normal.

Homes
  • The Saint Delyn Penthouse home (formerly called the Vivec City Inn room in some cases) is now properly named in all game references.
  • Fixed an issue where the Ald Velothi Harbor House had furniture that could not be moved once the house was purchased.

Housing Editor
  • Added a new category in the Housing Editor called "Services".
    • This category includes Assistants, Mundus Stones, Target Skeletons, and Crafting Stations.
    • Additionally, instead of having separate sub-categories for Crafting Stations, these items are all combined into one sub-category for all Crafting Stations.
  • You will now be able to use the Housing Editor to target several items in the Amaya Lake Lodge you couldn’t previously target.

C'est juste de la folie ce set, TESO est bien l'un des seuls MMO qui sait considérer les tanks, à savoir, rendre les taunts utiles en PvP.

Pour Wow c'est uniquement les tank avec une arme à une main qui regardent avec envie les autres ont suffisamment de dps pour s'en fichent.
Je ne vois aucun soucis à être max regen sur du RvR.
J'en vois par contre pour les BG.

Depuis la sortie du jeu faut savoir maîtriser sa mana, et tellement qu'on est peu autonome on a besoin des healer pour ça en PvE.

En PvP, c'est totalement faux d'être infini ressource mais totalement, sauf pour les tanky ultra hybride qui ne font que troller, du contrôle et buff la team.

Et pour ma part, je suis content que ce type de build existe, car ca fixe des rôles en RvR.

Sinon, en aucun cas vous pouvez faire du 1 vs x en infini ressource en tuant des gens ni vous ne pouvez appliquer du burst.


C'est dans votre imaginaire l'infini ressource. Ok, ca existe du burst +max regen en vigueur qui utiliserait que la vigueur comme ressource, mais c'est parce qu'il n'utilise pas sa magie et surtout c'est à cause des sets et des sorts non des CP.

Par contre, du burst + max regen magie ca existe aussi, mais avec <15k vigueur sachant que la vigueur, est la base de la survie solo (se libérer, roulade, fufu, courir...)


Bref, c'était certains sorts, mécaniques et sets qu'il faut changer.
Après la MàJ ne tue pas le jeu mais elle est tellement mal conçue... y'a tellement mieux à faire, tellement plus simple à faire que ces gros changements qui déstabilisent tout le monde.

The Elder Scrolls Online v3.0.2 is an incremental patch for the PTS that has several fixes and adjustments for Medals in Battlegrounds, Vvardenfell quests, the Halls of Fabrication, and more tweaks for the Warden class. We’ve also continued to add more final music and VO to Morrowind, and have made more gameplay balance adjustments affecting Nightblades, Sorcerers, and Templars. In this patch, we’ve copied all PC/Mac European megaserver characters; max-level character templates are still available for use. This patch is approximately 277MB in size.

Thanks to everyone for all your feedback and bug reports so far, both in-game and via threads on the forums. We sincerely appreciate it.

    • Your quest progress will no longer become blocked if your character dies to Ferhara and her minions.
    • All Warclaws in Ferhara’s group will now die appropriately instead of just vanishing.
    • Reduced the power of Warclaw Ferhara, making this NPC somewhat less deadly.

  • Hatching a Plan: The Bard’s lute will no longer float from hand to hand.

    • Siphoning Strikes: Reduced the cost of this ability and its morphs by approximately 50%.

      While the overall resources restored by the Siphoning Strikes abilities and morphs should remain roughly the same, these changes make the abilities more consistent and convenient for all Nightblades. They now take fewer attacks to recoup the cost, and can be activated when you are near-empty on resources. They are also more effective even if you are not perfectly weaving Light Attacks which is desirable for tanks and healers who spend more time blocking or healing.


Sorcerer

    • Crystal Fragments (Crystal Shard morph): Reduced the damage bonus of this morph’s instant-cast proc to 10% from 20%.

Templar

    • Blazing Spear (Spear Shards morph): This morph now increases the damage over time by approximately 30% as a morph effect.
    • Luminous Shard (Spear Shards morph): This morph now causes the synergy to always restore Magicka and Stamina. It restores the current value of Magicka or Stamina to your highest maximum, and half of that value to the opposite resource.
    • Spear Shards: This ability and the Luminous Shard morph no longer disorient an enemy. It also now deals moderate additional damage over time after the spear lands.

      There are three main goals behind the changes to Spear Shards and its morphs. First, we want the design of Spear Shards to be more clearly focused – it’s a powerful area of effect damage ability with a prominent synergy. Templars still have crowd control options with other abilities such as Piercing Javelin, Eclipse, and Focused Charge. This also prevents scenarios where the disorient on this ability would be a detriment; since Spear Shards could proc Burning Light, there would frequently be situations where the disorient broke immediately and gave your enemy a “free” crowd control immunity.

      Second, we wanted to lower the damage gap between the Luminous Shards and Blazing Spear morph choices. Blazing Spear is still ideal for raw damage, but it is no longer such a prominent difference; you won’t feel as penalized if you want to sacrifice some damage to have better group utility.

      Finally, we’ve buffed the Luminous Shard synergy to return more resources. While this synergy still shares a cooldown with Necrotic Orb, it allows Templars to have a more distinct version of the synergy without making it mandatory in end-game group content.

    • Backlash: Fixed an issue where the final damage dealt by this ability and its morphs was not respecting its damage limit when used against damage shields.
  • Restoring Light
    • Rushed Ceremony: Fixed an issue where this ability and its morphs would occasionally not display their full animation.

    • Tri Focus: This passive’s splash damage with Lightning Staves is no longer increased by damage modifiers.

Le principal changement de Morrowind est la question de la regeneration des ressources

Les changements sont très important et il est difficile d'évaluer l'impact:
Prenons le cas d'un DD mage
1) Perte de l'arbre des points champions (magicien) réduisant le cout des sorts = 16 % de coût des sorts en plus.
2) Diminution de l'arbre des points champions de la regen magie = 25% - 15 % = 10 % de regen magie en moins
3) changement des passifs de l'armure légère: le bonus de réduction du cout des sorts est diminué de 4 à 2 %: = 10 % de réduction du coup des sorts en moins

Si on additionne tout cela: cela donne 26 % de réduction du coût des sorts en moins et 10 % de regen magie:

Concrètement aujourd'hui et sur le PTS
Aujourd'hui: Regen magie 914 / PTS 853: perte de 7 % de la regen magie
Aujourd'hui: coût du fragment de cristal: 2722 / PTS 3443: 26 % du coût des sorts en plus, c'est juste énorme.

Les dégâts sont également réduit (il est plus difficile de faire des comparaisons précises à cause des changements de point de champion)
exemple:
Fragment de cristal (sans proc): 14582 live / 14138 PTS: perte de 3 % de dégâts
Cercle de foudre: 3595 live / 3118: perte de 15 % des dégâts.

J'estime à une légère perte de dommage entre 5-15 % des dégâts en moyenne.

En PVP, j'ai de la peine à imaginer l'impact qu'il va y avoir, car tout le monde sera concerné.

En PVE, j'ai vraiment beaucoup de crainte pour les joueurs casuals, une partie du contenu sera de plus en plus inaccessible à cause des problèmes de dégâts et de magie.
Pour donner un exemple: un squelette de 3 millions de point de vie, sur le live pour le tuer il me faut environ 1min 15, sur le PTS, il faut compter 20-30 secondes de plus:
Entre la nécessité de faire un coup lourd de temps en temps pour remonter sa magie et la perte des dommages, c'est entre 20-25 % de dps en moins.

Les très bons joueurs PVE ne vont pas être trop impacté, ce qui m'inquiète vraiment, c'est que pour beaucoup de joueurs plus casuals, les donjons vont devenir de plus en plus difficile et certains raids inaccessible.

Pour la gestion de la magie: il faut ajouter également la baisse de vol de magie de 400 à 300 et les orbes qui ne rendent plus de magie sur la durée.

Pour avoir pas mal testé le PTS, j'ai envie de dire que ça ne change pas grand chose. C'est un peu comme si tu jouais sur la campagne sans points champions, mais en plus facile.

Ca impactera surtout les mauvais ou jeunes joueurs qui n'ont pas encore appréhendé les techniques avancées pour ne jamais galérer en ressources.
