A propos de Diana, il la débug quand ? le pull qui fonctionne à une distance plus courte que ce qui est montré ET qui d'ailleurs pull une fois sur deux, c'est lourd.
Ce serait déjà le patch Tresh?

On 1/16/2013, starting at 12:30 AM PST, ranked queues will be disabled in preparation for the Preseason Balance Update 2. At 02:00 AM PST, the servers will be shut down and all games currently in progress will end in a draw and stats will not be recorded. Moving on to items, Morello also had some choice words about a few of the more powerful or problematic items currently on live.

Regarding armor being undervalued now that penetration is so easy to pick up and if Riot will take another pass at item prices

"For now, I believe that's the plan (my first day back, though the guys have been here the last couple weeks). I think we agree tuning of either the formula, costs, defenses, etc needs to happen."

Speaking to the possibility of a lower tier item with both Ability power and armor:

"For AP, we think there's an item gap here. Xyph and I were just chatting about this the other day. The goal is to give an AP/armor mid-tier item. It needs to let you start cloth/5 for keeping mid AD honest, build into a new late-game item (maybe not initially, but want to do it) and replace the chain vest in Z Hourglass."

On the subject of Warmogs armor being a "mid game monster" instead of a solid end game HP items:

"Warmog's is a nasty problem - I totally agree. Your diagnosis of this is fairly accurate too - the timing is the biggest issue here, something that's core to the item in a few ways.

I haven't had a chance to ask Xypherous his plan here - I will when I see him next."

On Crystalline Flask making top lane an absurd sustain war of starting flask + 7 pots:

Si personne ne l'avait posté, c'est a propos des items.
J'aime bien l'idée de changer le recipe de hourglass pour qu'il y est une cloth armor dans le recipe ce qui permettra de start cloth armor contre les ad mid.
Des nouvelles du rework de Sej dans la semaine (et l'annonce que ce ne sera surement pas le prochain rework dispo)!

I'll get together an update on where things have progressed to for you sometime this week most likely. As stated please do bear in mind this still has a way to go - odds are you'll see another champion's rework come out before Sejuani's, particularly since there's some interest on the art side in getting a few visual tweaks in too.

Muahahaha j'aime ces changements, j'aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiime!

Udyr va devenir plus que viable, avec son petit up et les changements de la jungle <3. Je jubile!

En plus de ça, la plupart des junglers mettront plus de temps à clean la jungle, donc ENCORE MOINS DE GANK!!! WOUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIS. Pcq perso j'trouve que ce qu'ils avaient annoncés en début de S3, à savoir "rendre plus difficile les early gank", c'était pas très réussi.

Et aussi, c'était un peu flagrant en début de S3 qu'ils favorisaient grandement le counterjungling entre junglers uniquement (entre la difficulté des junglers à clean et qui finissent low hp et les lélgers changements de carte, c'était obvious). Maintenant, le premier clean sera sans doute encore plus difficile, c'est trop bien <3. En gros jungler ça sera plus de l'afk farm, ça sera d'la chasse à l'homme <3

Sinon les autres skins sont cools mais bon, Cassio/Jarv/Xin c'est pas vraiment les persos qui manquent de skins ^^'

Sinon, un peu à coté, un post qui explique que le nerf d'Heimer (les tourelles d'heimer ciblées en priorité par les tours) est totalement voulu et prépare le up du perso.

This isn't an excuse for the lack of Heimerdinger QoL or whatever fixes or additions that people have requested - clearly we haven't done enough for Heimerdinger fixes or changes and you are completely right.

However, the question is actually an interesting one to ponder - Why was Heimerdinger nerfed repeatedly? What was his actual abuse strength that needed to be constrained?

It's because whatever gameplay style he has is completely undermined by the fact that his optimal use case is to dismantle enemy towers with as many Q turrets as possible and leave - Time and again, this has always been the root cause of Heimerdinger nerfs - his kit absolutely dismantles Towers when left alone.

The implications for having this being one of Heimerdinger's core "strength" for example, is actually fairly constricting for his actual gameplay overall. For example, what happens if Heimerdinger is a decent laner? It means that whenever the opponent has to back, the tower is gone. The penalty for being pushed out of lane is enormous - thus the actual probability of success for that character has to be diminished.

That is, because leaving your lane once causes you to automatically lose the tower - that character's laning potential has to, essentially, be awful. This particular change has been needed for a very long time in order to ensure that Heimerdinger can have something resembilng a laning phase to begin with.

As for "hustle and bustle" regarding Heimerdinger changes - I'll tell you that mine were pretty much killed or stalled for quite a while after the leaks happened.
