  • Therakiel’s Lair: Bosses, except Valerian Scarlett, now have increased power on their drops. These Bosses drop 2 blues each.
  • Therakiel's Lair: Fixed a bug where chests were usable more than once. Nudged a dark aura bubble and a spawn point based on player feedback.
  • Therakiel's Lair: Shuffled light/dark bubbles in last puzzle to eliminate a couple of cases where players could get trapped.
  • Therakiel's Lair: After beating Black Fang and Vladic, Caliburn gives the players a token which can be used to continue from that point later on by talking to Caliburn at the entrance to the temple.
  • Therakiel's Lair: Valerian Scarlet sometimes healed herself while you were fighting her. This was a leashing problem, and is now fixed.
  • TresKings: Moved and deleted some encounters so it scales better for larger groups.
  • TresKings: Updated mission to complete after all Trey Kings encounters are defeated.
  • To The Rescue of Noobs: Encounter has been adjusted to be less difficult for groups of 3 and 5.
  • Twisty Passages All Alike: Corrected successful mission return text to read "Return to Sir Diddy"

Fire
  • Pyre - Backdraft Advantage: Previously, this advantage inflicted an irresistible knockback. The knockback can now be resisted.

Mysticism
  • Planar Fracture: Added a cool down timer to properly balance energy cost with damage.
Gadgeteer
  • Implosion Engine: Changed the text only. Damage was incorrectly states as dimensional. Damage not properly displays as crushing.
PVP
  • Zombie Apocalypse: Zombie attacks now increase in intensity a bit more quickly, especially at first.
Tailor
  • Added a female mullet to the Tailor
  • The super group's color buttons will now properly display the new selected color after picking it instead of the old color.
UI
  • Generic waypoint icons will now match missions, not landmarks.
  • “M” map will center on the player by default.
  • Mail will always display Forward and Next paging buttons.
  • Welcome to Champions Online window will close properly if the Terms of Service are opened and then rejected.
KNOWN ISSUE:
  • Therakiel’s Lair boss drops are incorrectly low and will be changed with the next patch.

  • Dogz and Vampires Creeping together: Setting the vampires free is now a mission objective on this mission. Players with the mystic crafting ability can open the cages. There is an object which will grant 50 scrolls to players who do not have mystic crafting.
  • Find Amphibian: Waypoint has been fixed.
  • Get a Clue: Fixed prereqs on the mission that could cause it to not be offered if Fishy Business had been turned in.
  • Juryrig Duty: Players must have a power core to enter the building.
  • Preternatural Potpourri: Critters in Phase 2 will now give credit. Also, increased the number of critters required to complete and the wave frequency of critters in Phase 2.
  • Shadow Boxing: Added a waypoint
  • Sons of Melancholy: Added waypoint
  • Trismuh-Whatzits? Theo-Whozits?: Text fixes.

  • Bioengineered Qularr Mutagen, Rampage Biologic, and VIPER Rampage Serum have all been converted over from %damage boosts to grant Offense so that they will scale properly with player and item levels. Their total bonus has been lowered to be more appropriate for their duration and uptime. They are no longer flagged as Unique.
  • Devices will no longer equip into the second Device Slot before the first.
Missions

General
  • Caliburn will now show up in the Crime Computer interface.
  • Juryrig’s Crime Computer waypoint now appears correctly.

Millennium City
  • Takofanes should no longer be chilling on the corner in West Side.

Vibora Bay
  • Abyss Family Robinson: The door has been reconnected to this mission.
  • A Doctor in The House: Made the mission return to the regular Dr. Ka, so players can turn in the mission if they leave the mini. Fixed issue with Dr. Ka not being interactive when players had to rescue him.
  • Bloodsucker Beatdown: The mission will now look for the correct number of vampires to die.
  • Burn Em' Out: Taffy will no longer stop following the player. Also, improved Taffy's dialog.
  • Caliburn Baby Burn: Interactive objects in the mission now make sound.
  • Crocodile Rock: Players will no longer be able to kill the attendants during the Le Blanc phase.
  • Dogz and Vampires Creeping Together: Adjusted the mission so that no more than two Bloodgorgers will ever spawn onto the team.
  • Finding Amphibian: Expanded the size of the starting waypoint.
  • Juryrig Duty: The door is once again fixed.
  • Juryrig Duty: A new handoff has been added in case people miss the handoff in the mansion. The handoff is visible only to people who missed taking the mission from Juryrig in the mansion and haven't gotten it from Juryrig in his garage, before turning Juryrig Duty in to Black Mask.
  • Juryrig Duty: Changed the generator to a contact and added a dialog box to explain how the generator and power cores work. Also, updated the mission text to specifically tell players what they need to do.

  • Therakiel’s Lair: The various boss encounters in Therakiel's Lair now have “Enrage timers”, meaning that the Bosses will become much more dangerous (~x2) after a set period of time. For each boss, the length of time until enrage is significantly longer than the expected time each fight should last:
    • Valerian Scarlet - 10 minutes.
    • Black Fang - 8 minutes.
    • Baron Cimetere - 10 minutes.
    • Vladic Dracul - 8 minutes.
    • Therakiel - 15 minutes.
  • Therakiel's Lair: Status in Therakiel's Lair are now invulnerable to repel.
  • Therakiel's Lair: Vladic Dracul's dialog lines will no longer overlap each other.
  • There and Bat Again: Changed the mission text to make more sense to players since the spawns are counted on spawn not defeat. The mission should now remove the key to Juryrig's when completed. Also, changed the door to be an option between using the key and entering Juryrig's normal map.
  • Who Stole the Soul: The mission will now take the Soul Gem from your inventor.

UNITY
  • UNITY/Nemesis: Shadow Destroyer now drops Nemesis Tokens instead of Unity Merits. Therakiel's Temple is now the primary focus of UNITY's attention and UNITY Merits can be earned for defeating Therakiel and his Lieutenants.
    • Note: This does not impact the UNITY Daily Mission. Players can still defeat Shadow Destroyer as one of the targets for that mission.

Perks
  • King's Throng: Perk completes properly now.
Powers
  • All Tier 4 powers have been increased in efficiency to better balance the requirements of staying within a single archetype. These powers have greater effect for their energy cost than others power.
    • Note: These changes are still in review. Your feedback is greatly appreciated while the Team works to find a good balance point for these powers.
  • Brick: Unleashed Rage: The knockback on this power now properly provides diminishing returns.
  • Energy:Energy Storm: The buff gained from Absorb Energy can now only stack up to 8 times.
  • A bug that caused Throw Fire and Electric Bolt to not count towards the purchase of T4 powers has been fixed.
  • Passive Defenses have been adjusted. The value of statistics for all defenses are now on a diminishing returns model. For example, a low value of stats will now be more effective while a high value of stats will be less effective. The importance of spiking specific stats for specific defenses is much smaller. Players will be able to get excellent performance from Regeneration with lower values of Recovery.
    • The mechanics of Ranking Up defenses has been adjusted to make R1 better, and R3 not quite as strong. At rank 1, a defense uses 83% of the designated statistic. At Rank 3, you use 120% of the statistic.
      • Defiance:The Stat value has been rebalanced for R1 – R3 as described above.
      • Invulnerability: The Stat value has been rebalanced for R1 – R3 as described above.
      • Lightning Reflexes:Every attack against someone with Lightning Reflexes now causes the attacked character to gain a stack of the “Escalating Reflexes” buff. This buff stacks without limit, and raises that player’s chance to dodge an attack by .5% (one half of one percent). These buffs immediately expire on any successful dodge.
      • Personal Force Field:The value of Regeneration Force Field has been adjusted in two ways. In addition to adding diminishing returns to the Ego / field regen component, PFF has been returned to derive a larger percentage its total value from field regen. In addition, the amount of field strength regened while blocking is now x3, up from x2. The bonus to field healing when out of combat has been reduced from x3 to x2.
      • Regeneration:The maximum multiplier for fully powered Regeneration has been reduced from x2.5 to x1.5. However, the minimum value has been significantly raised, and the time / amount of damage needed to raise regeneration to the maximum value has been halved (from ~60 seconds of incoming damage to ~30 seconds of incoming damage). The net result should be significantly better “up front” use, and lower “back end” use. The “average case” healing over time is exactly the same.


UI
  • Various minimap and map waypoint issues are now fixed.
Il y a combien de temps entre ce qui est annoncé et ce qui se retrouve effectivement sur le serveur live ? Concrètement, quand aura t on droit au patch du 05 mars ?
ça fonctionne comme sur les autres mmo de toute façon non? Un seul patch prévu mais divisé en multiples patch sur le PTS puis tout sort d'un coup en live. Donc oui parfois il faut plus d'un mois
Si je me trompe pas, tout ces patchs sont sensé venir en même temps que Vibora Bay (révélation) sur le live au final non ?

Et Révélation a été prévu pour le mois de Mars, s'il n'y a pas eu de changement sur la prévision ?

Ce qui laisserai 2 semaines au grand max pour que tout ça soit mis en place sur le Live donc...

PFF et regen je ne vois pas ca comme un nerf, à premiere vue, en lisant le patch notes. Au contraire.
Ce qui est une bonne chose pour PFF quand même.
Regen sans commentaire pour ne pas troller. Ca m'a l'air d'etre egal en heal mais avec un burst plus rapide. Il en avait bien besoin ce petit passif tres peu utilisé par les joueurs et bien plus gourmand en Superstats que ses petits camarades (cherchez pas c'est de l'ironie là)

Invulnerabilité et defiance par contre, le diminushing return, ca a l'air d'etre un nerf oui.

LR, dur à dire sans tester leur nouveau systeme de stack de buff reflexes. Mais vu le dernier nerf, ils n'ont pas interet à en remettre une couche supplémentaire parceque vu la derniere baffe qu'il s'est pris et au vu de regen qui devient plus accessible (), ca va etre vite vu sinon.

A tester en pratique, du coup. Le patch note ne certifiant rien en lui même.

Vibora Bay
  • A Doctor In The House: Fixed the front and back door to not let players in once the mission has succeeded. If players want to turn in the mission after leaving the map, they will need to go to the regular brownstone map to turn it into Dr. Ka.
  • Burn ‘Em Out: Map variables have been added which allow players to return to the correct locations on the Vibora Bay map.
  • Crocodile rock: An error in scoping on the scoreboard has been corrected.
  • Queen of the Glammed: The waypoint now has mouse-over text on the map.
  • Therakiel’s Lair: The enrage timers have been adjusted for the following bosses:
    • Black Fang: 8 minutes (down from 10)
    • Dracul: 8 minutes (down from 10)
    • Therakiel: 20 minutes (up from 15)
  • There and Bat Again: The mission text will no longer show “Kill Them!” as the last mission objective. Also, Foxbat will not say his intro text when the mission is completed.
Perks
  • Vibora Bay Point of Interest: Updated the name of the steamboat to Bayou Queen.

Powers

  • Baron Cimitere's Curse in Therakiel’s Lair is now slightly easier to break free from.
Note: Tier 4 powers are still under review, so your feedback is greatly appreciated!
Brick
  • Unleashed Rage: Damage has been increased. Also, the power can now effects up to 10 targets.
Energy
  • Energy Storm: Damage has been increased.
Gadgeteer
  • Implosion Engine: The power now lasts the full 12 seconds. Damage has been increased. Also, fixed a problem that prevented the custom advantage's knock from activating.
Martial Arts

UI
  • Levels have once again returned to the character portrait in the character selection screen!
  • Dragging items to your builds menu should now slot items onto the correct build rather than just your current one.
Bah je sais pas si il a été réellement appliqué au PTR mais pour ma part la spé puissance est nettement moins bien après la refonte... Je préfère mon perso sur le live.
Etant donné les modifs pour aider les persos CaC çà parait normal de baisser un peu leur puissance quand même. Enfin faut pas oublier non plus le nouveau rôle.
J'ai jeté un oeil à la modif du rôle de DPS distance, je passe quand même d'environ 5K HP à 4K HP, çà fait mal T_T
Je ne parle pas forcement niveau dégat mais en tout.

C'est limite plus chiant à jouer un mêlée avec le patch que sans. C'est très bizarre à expliquer.

Unity 2

UNITY 2 has been added to the game!

Players can begin Unity missions for Vibora Bay by talking with Akako at the UNITY Headquarters in Millennium City. This will lead to an additional set of daily UNITY missions. The missions granted randomize every night at midnight, but the missions can be repeated every 20 hours.

A few highlights:
Whisper grants a Most Wanted mission for Therakiel's lair. Like the other UNITY lair missions, it costs 6 UNITY Intelligence.
It is possible to get both the Therakiel mission and the Millennium City Most Wanted mission in the same day.
New "Apocalyptic" UNITY gear has been added to Mentiac's store. This gear is also available from Whisper.
For the players to qualify for the first mission in the UNITY 2 series, they need to have previously completed the following Vibora Bay missions:

Of Serums And Secrets
There And Bat Again
Burn 'Em Out

Team Mission Journal

The Champions mission journal now includes a new tab called "Team" from which you can access all of the missions that anybody on your team has. The tab is only visible when you're on a team. The mission list is down the left side, and all the players on the team are across the top. In the middle is a grid of symbols representing each player's status with respect to that mission. The status can be one of six things, as per the key at the bottom of the window:
Opaque green dot – Player has the full mission.
Opaque white dot – Player has the mission as a crossover.
Transparent green dot – Player does not have the mission, but is eligible for it. The mission will be shared as a full mission.
Transparent white dot - Player does not have the mission and are not eligible for it. The mission will be shared as a crossover mission.
Green check mark – Player has previously completed the mission.
Red X - Player has previously filed the mission.

The meaning of these symbols is documented both by the key at the bottom, and in more detail in tooltips.

The window also has the same "Make Primary", "Share" and "Drop" buttons that exist on the active mission journal. Note that, just like on the active mission journal, "Make Primary" will only show up if you are the team leader.
petit problème avec les quêtes Unity de VB.
je me suis fait déconnecté pendant une mission dans la crypte des morts vivants. il est alors, impossible de retourner dans la mission (en passant par la sphère) si on a accompli un des objectif de la mission. Et Whisper ne la redonne pas si on l'annule.
Il manque aussi un TP pour aller a VB depuis le QG Unity (peut être que c'est voulu)
D'ailleurs le QG Unity a changé de place a MC.

les perks ont étés retravaillés, icones, nouveaux menus, ajout.
La mission Hiker's Horror marche (Alleluia !) et ENFIN, les skins des armes sont visible chez le tailleur !
Je reviens de test le nouveau patch.
La gestion des quetes du groupe est tres sympa et devrait grandement aider à grouper!

Les quetes de tous les membres du groupe sont sur la partie gauche de la fenetre en liste.
Et une colonne par personne du groupe, identifiables via l'icone de leur portrait en haut de la fenetre.
Au croisement de leur colonne personnelle et des lignes de quetes globales, se trouvent des cases avec des icones qui donnent en un coup d'oeil l'etat ou ils en sont.
Quete déjà dans leur livre/Quete déjà dans leur livre mais dans le version cross over donnée par un autre joueur/Quete deja finie/Quete abandonnée par le joueur/Eligible pour accepter la quete car le joueur possede deja les pre-requis/Eligible pour accepter la quete mais par cross over.
Avec bien sur, l'option partager sur cet ecran afin de pouvoir faire en sorte que tout le groupe puisse avoir les mêmes missions.

En résumé, finies les discussions à rallonge qui durent 2 heures du genre: "bon on fait quoi comme quêtes? tu l'as celle là ? ah non moi je l'ai pas, et celle là tu l'as ?"
Avec le systeme de sk (maitre-apprenti) déjà en live qui permet a des joueurs 40 de se rabaisser au niveau inferieur d'un autre joueur pour faire les quetes avec lui, ou l'inverse permettre au joueur petit level de monter au level 40 (ou moins) pour faire des missions qui seraient violettes pour lui, plus le systeme cross over déjà en live lui aussi qui permet de faire en sorte que le joueur qui a déjà fait la quête gagne quand même de l'xp et un montant de monnaie, en plus des loots des mobs, les joueurs auront de moins en moins de raisons de soloter, uniquement.
Sauf si ils le veulent. Ou ne veulent pas faire l'effort de grouper. Et non parceque le jeu est solo friendly et n'a rien à voir avec un mmo

Ne reste plus que le slider de difficulté qu'ils nous ont promis, pour donner plus de challenge en groupe, et le problème sera définitivement réglé et nous aurons toutes les mecaniques de groupe que possède son ancetre cox.
(Il vient d'ailleurs d'etre mis sur serveur test STO, les deux jeux partageant le même moteur, ca ne saurait tarder pour nous aussi)

Sinon si quelqu'un peut me dire comment avoir cette quête : There And Bat Again
Cette quête s'obtient par foxbat lorsque tu seras retourné dans le garage de juryrig, après avoir recu un mail de la part de foxbat te demandant de t'y rendre pour le rejoindre. (n'oublie pas de récupérer la clef à l'exterieur avant, comme stipulé dans son mail, sinon tu ne rencontreras pas foxbat dans le garage et sans foxbat, pas de mission).

Ils ont corrigé le bug de posture ou toujours pas ?
Jamais entendu parler ou constaté de bug de posture autour de moi... alors aucune idée.
