avast! 5.0 et aucun soucis

Bonjour,

Alors jusqu'a très récemment j'avais encore ce type de problème, de manière aléatoire et agaçante...
Loin d'avoir un pc de pointe j'ai une config qui tient encore la route
Phenom 9850 Black Edition
Carte mere Platinum MSI
285 GTX Evga
4 Giga de Ram Dominator
et malgré un système fraîchement formaté et reinstallé avec des pilotes totalement a jour rien a faire.
Bizarrement en désespoir de cause je suis allé fouiner dans mon panneau de config Nvidia dans mes paramètres de la gestion 3D et la seule chose qui attira mon attention l' accélération a plusieurs processeurs graphiques et affichage multiple qui était en mode de performance multi affichage, dans le doute je l'ai passé en mode unique et depuis bizarrement plus d'erreur...
Je ne l'explique pas mais le fait est la... en tout cas pour le moment...

Si ca peut aider quelques possesseurs de CG Nvidia...

Non helas j'y ai cru mais apres 3 heures sans problemes, nouveau retour sur mon bureau avec le message habituel... Franchement je pense que cela ne vient pas du PC... Peut etre certains problemes avec certaines configurations allez savoir...

Bonjour,
J'ai acheté Final Fantasy, je l'ai installé, j'ai attendu les maj mais lorsque j'ai voulu cliquer sur jouer une ecran noir apparait et le message d'erreur apparait(aucun code d'erreur).
J'ai cherché pendant 2h sur les forum mais j'ai rien trouvé.

J'ai fais toute les mise a jours possibles. On parlait de Catalyst 10.8 mais ma carte graphique c'est une intel media accelerator HD donc sa ne sert a rien.

J'ai désinstaller antivirus+ Firewall. Je ne vois vraiment pas ou peut etre le probleme.

Salut, j'ai quasiment le même , sauf proc cadencé a 2.1 amd, mon avis (mais sa ne reste que mon avis), ta carte graphique est peut être trop faiblarde pour faire tourner le jeu. Personnellement j'ai jamais entendu parler de ce genre de carte graphique. Sur le mien j'ai une ATI HD5470, sa rame, mais pas trop, suis obligé de jouer en 1200 fenêtré avec les options sur moyen, y a que l'AA que j'ai en x2, mais sa marche, je ne m'en plaint pas. Le problème est que si sa viens effectivement de la carte graphique, alors pour en changer ...

Si ta carte graphique n'est pas une nvidia ou une ati radeon c'est tout à fait normal pour l'ecran noir malheureusement.

Ce n'est pas une carte graphique de jeu mais juste un chipset graphique intégré Intel qui est en mémoire partagée avec la ram du portable et non en mémoire dédié, tu ne feras malheureusement jamais tourner ffxiv avec ce genre de carte car ce profil de laptop n'est pas du tout adapté au jeu mais juste pour de la bureautique de base.

Voila, je vous remercie d'avance pour l'aide que vous pourrez m'apporter. J'ai installer le jeu et lorsque que je le lance il a meme pas le temps de lancer la mise a jour qu'il me met que le jeu a cesser de fonctionner et qu'il va fermer. Je pense avoir de bonnes configuration, mais je ne sais pas s'il est a jour. J'ai essayer de mettre mes défenses internet au minimal mais rien y fait, mon antivirus est desactiver également. Pourriez vous m'apporter des solutions. j'aimerai vraiment y jouer.

Tout à l'heure j'avais un problème, le jeu démarre, je choisi mon perso et durant le loading le jeu ferme et m'indique qu'il a cessé de fonctionner, j'ai tenter plusieurs trucs sans succès.

Ce soir je l'ouvre à nouveau, maintenant je rentre mes identifiants, le jeu ce lance et plante immédiatement après et m'indique encore qu'il a cessé de fonctionner, mais j'ai beau chercher rien n'indique pourquoi le jeu me fait cela.

De l'aide serait apprécié

Pour la latence de la souris suffit de cocher l'option activer la souris matérielle quand tu ouvre final fantasy config avant de lancer le jeu

SirWhizer, tu as essayé de lancer le jeu après avoir mis TOUT en qualité minimale, décoché toutes les options de qualité graphique, etc, dans ffxivconfig.exe ?

Sinon oui, pour la souris, tu n'as besoin d'aucun logiciel tiers (en plus je crois que c'est interdit), mais comme indiqué par Alsid, suffit de cocher la case en question, toujours dans ffxivconfig.exe

La qualité graphique n,est pas une problème puisque j,avais déjà réussit à partir le jeu et démarrer la premiere cinématique, je l'avais quitté à cause de la latence de la souris

j'ai remarqué la case trop tard, après que le logiciel pour la latence de la souris ait affecté le fichier ffxvigame.exe, donc plus moyen de le démarrer maintenant.

Je vais simplement le réinstaller et cocher la case pour la souris matérielle.

Si j'ai été cherché le programme pour couper la latence de la souris c'est simplement parce que je ne trouvais aucune information sur internet qui parlait de cette option et que tout le monde parlait d'une patch pour la souris, d'où mon action et mon erreur.

C'est la que mon problème arrive : une fenètre noire se lance et en moins d'une seconde apparait :

Le problème annoncé par Windows est un problème de compatibilité, et je bloque ici...

De plus, j'ai avast 5.0.677, je ne pense pas que ca soit ca le problème. Ma version de Cata lyst c 10.2. Alors voila!

Ta carte graphique est bien trop vieille, elle est a peine + performante qu'une 7600 GT et ne bénéficie que de 256 mo de ram la ou le jeu demande 512mo en mini.

Version de DirectX DirectX 11 ?? pourquoi avoir install le 11 alors que t'as carte le gère pas
surtout que le jeu a besoin du 9.0c juin ou juillet

Les derniers build DX doivent intégré Direct X 11 tout simplement, même si les cartes ne les gères pas (étant donné que toute versions de Direct X sont intégrées avec).

Bonjour, je viens d'acheter FF14 mon inscription en ligne est faite cependant j'ai un soucis. Lorsque je click sur l'exe du jeu il me met un cadre noir plus ff14a cessé de fonctionner.

Yep met a jour tes drivers CG.
Par contre je trouve ton CPU relativement faible pour FFXIV, a voir ce que cela donne IG.

^^! c'est l'un des meilleurs CPU qu'il existe sur portable.

J'ai bien précisé pour FFXIV, le jeu exploite mal les cores au dessus de 2 et ne tire pas partit de l'Hyperthreading, du coup 1.6ghz c'est plutôt juste niveau fréquence. (Mon I7 930 dors quand je joue a FFXIV perso)

Bon et bien déjà merci a vous pour l'aide, effectivement c'était bien ça le problème.
Cependant il y en a un nouveaux;

Lorsque je lance FF 14 ou bien un autre jeux qui avant marchait bien, il fonctionne par exemple 5 minutes, mon écran se fige sur un fond noir ou beige (selon le jeu) et le son bug quelque secondes après.

Auriez vous une infos ? quelque chose que je dois mettre a jour ? Je me demande si ça ne vient pas de la dernière mise a jour de ma carte graphique ?
