Et tu sélectionne Desktop graphics a l'étape une, radeon HD series en 2, radeon hd 5xxx en 3, et windows 7 64 bit en 4. Apres avoir cliqué sur l'étape 5 tu télécharge le Catalyst Software Suite de 93mb environ et tu l'installe ^^ |

Merci Tamia, car grâce à toi j'ai réussi la première étape : le premier message d'erreur ne s'affiche plus.
Par contre, FFXIV lance ensuite vérification de la version. On dirait qu'il cherche, puis le message suivant apparait : la vérification de la version a échoué... donc le jeu ne se lance pas. As-tu une idée ? |

Les serveurs de jeux sont coupés temporairement suite a la catastrophe au Japon, donc je pense que cela est de même pour ceux des mises a jour.

Installe sp1 du visual C++ 2005 et 2008 a ces adresses:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=fr http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=fr Ne t'étonne pas si les 2 fichiers portent le même nom (renomme le deuxième en ce que tu veux afin de ne pas écraser l'autre au téléchargement). Pense aussi a mettre ton windows a jour, car ces fichiers sont téléchargés normalement par Windows update. |

J'ai installé les deux uptades et le jeux ne veut toujours pas démarrer. J'au aussi essayé de le réinstaller après avoir installé les update sans plus de résultats.
Étant donné que je crois que les informations doivent avoir changé depuis la dernière fois je vais les remettre. Ca vient du drivers, ça c'est sur. Les 8.14, c'est des divers OEM qui valent rien.
Grave les DVD de restauration et regarde si tu as un DVD de Windows 7 . Théoriquement Asus le donne avec leur portable haut de gamme. Tu devrais avoir 2 DVD, un qui contient tout les utilitaire Asus et l'autre qui est Windows 7. Tu sauvegarde toutes tes données et à la réinstallation tu supprimes toutes les partitions (option de avancer quant tu sélectionnes ta partition) pour n'en avoir qu'une (sauf si tu a un modèle à 2 HDD, bien sur). |

Tes pilotes de carte graphique n'ont pas l'air a jour (+ Date du pilote 21/04/2010 21:18:38) et on n'as aucune info sur le modèle, seul la gestion du chipset apparaît.
Il faudrais que tu nous donne la marque et le modèle de ta carte graphique (regarde sur la boite de ton laptop, ta facture, ou en faisant une recherche sur le net en rentrant le modèle de ton portable en recherche). |

Télécharge le pack catalyst et installe le. On seras fixé de suite si le problème viens des pilotes ou pas. |

C'est quoi le modèle de ton ordi ? (si je lis les quelques lignes que tu as laissé j'en déduis que ca serait un Acer, mais le modèle exact ca nous aiderait beaucoup)
Car hormis les pilotes fournis par le constructeur si ceux d'AMD ne passent pas, je vois pas la. |
