Le serveur de test Bullroarer a ouvert ses portes ce mercredi 19 juillet en début de soirée, il restera disponible jusqu'au vendredi 21 juillet 21h00.

Au programme de cet aperçu la future mise à jour 37 avec quelques changements notables :

un remaniement des statistiques avec notamment une baisse des points de vie des mobs mais également des modifications sur les statistiques...

Ah effectivement, les changements sont conséquents. J'ai l'impression que les modifications des stats reviennent un peu à ce qu'elles étaient au début, en cela qu'il ne faudra plus être mono-stat selon sa classe. Ai-je bien compris ?

On ne sera plus mono-stat selon le rôle qu'on veut tenir dans sa classe (grosse maille, c'est force > tanking, agi > DPS, volonté > heal, avec des subtilités selon les classes). Mais on ne reviendra pas (il me semble) au casse-tête des stats d'avant avec le cap de valeur à 10 fois le level et l'obligation de monter au moins deux stats principales à fond (plus la vita et le destin) pour être un minimum efficace...

🤔 je ne comprends pas bien le changement : prenons un ménestrel. Il a 2 rôles : soin en groupe et dps en solo.
Il va devoir monter volonté et force ? Et vitalité ?
Je n’ai pas vue en plus ce qui fait monter la maîtrise tactique (pour bien taper mais aussi bien soigner)
Et la réduction des dégâts viendra de quelle stat?

Bref beaucoup de questions sur ce changement.

Nouvelle session de test Bullroarer du 01/08 au 04/08
Une nouvelle session de test va ouvrir ce mardi 1er août elle durera jusqu'au vendredi 4 août 23h00.

Les nouveautés :

Le Gardien :



  • Catch a Breath and Warrior's Heart now heal 50% less when in Keen Blade trait tree.
  • Singular focus now reduces Physical and Tactical Mitigations by 3%
  • Flash of Light will no longer increase the duration of Bastion of Light by 5s. It will only add the DoT.
  • Rupture now properly removes the stabbed bleed and applies the bonus damage.
  • Singular focus now affects target mitigations. The tooltip was updated to reflect this change.
  • Guardian's Pledge, Juggernaut, and Ignore Pain are no longer immediate skills. They are now fast skills.
  • Guardian's Pledge and Juggernaut will now apply their beneficial effects upon skill execution not at the end of the animation.
  • Radiate now spreads all affected debuffs.
  • Radiate no longer spreads bleed effects.
  • Bastion of Light tooltip was cleaned up to no longer provide duplicate information.
  • Disabling strikes should now affect all debuffs that it should, disorientation and the manifested ire effect, hounding fear, should now be adjusted by the values displayed in the trait.
  • Disorientation is now properly refreshed by Insult to Injury Procs.
  • Flash of Light no longer confers an increase in the duration of the effect.
  • Flash of Light damage over time was increased.
  • Protection by the Shield now has consistent range labels. That range is 20m.
  • Protection by the Sword now has consistent range labels. That range is 20m.
  • Breach is now a granted skill when choosing the Keen Blade Tree. Retaliate will remain on the bar but it is barred from use in Keen Blade.
  • Breach is now an immediate skill.
  • Ruptured Artery now lasts 10 seconds and has increased damage output.
  • To the King, when hitting with a critical strike will no longer have a chance to open a conjunction stun - instead it is a chance for a normal stun.

Général


  • Autoattacks for all characters have been returned to a normal speed.
  • Cambrioleur :
    • Serrated Knives and Throwing Hatchets can now correctly be used while moving.
    • Skill delay has been removed from all consumable items and burglar signals.
    • The debuff 'Bust' has had it's finesse decrease changed to match the increase from the Burglar skill 'All In'.
  • Captain:
    • At the Fore should no longer loop around to 10 stacks when you consume your last stack of Melee Healing.
  • Champion:
    • Champions can now wield Two-handed Clubs beginning at level 10.
  • Warden:
    • Passive Critical Defence bonus now gives the correct post-stat-crunch value.
  • Fixed an issue where Delving Mission quests on Tier 8 counted toward the weekly delving quest "Delve Deepest", and 6-person tier 8 Delvings did not.
  • NOTE: DELVE DEEPEST (WEEKLY) HAS BEEN VERSIONED. THIS QUEST WILL RESET ANY PROGRESS MADE ON UPDATE.
  • Added new deeds for completing 3 and 6-person Delving instances on Tiers 8, 10, and 12; which reward Delving Barter Writs and Virtue XP.

  • Rohan barter vendors for Maelstrom and Fulcrum Brawler gear now properly barter for their respective sets.
  • All racial traits which modify your characters stats now give appropriate values. Traits which reduce a stat should always give smaller values than traits which increase a stat.
  • Various Hobby Trout now specify that they can be used in crafting by Apprentice Cooks.
  • Human female and Beorning female were playing a male laugh at the end of the /drinkboot emote - they now play a female laugh instead.
  • Emotes - Many race/gender combos were incorrectly playing two burp sound effects during the /burp emote animation; the extraneous burp at the start of the animation has been removed.
  • Emotes - the /attack emote now has sound effects for all races and genders.
  • Emotes - Human females and Beorning females now play the correct sounds for the following emotes: /drinkboot, /sneeze, /stone, /paper, /scissors, and /wipesweat.
  • The Dwarf-candle cosmetic consumables have been retired from the LOTRO Store.
Quatrième session de test sur Bullroarer
Le serveur de test Bullroarer devrait proposer une nouvelle session de test de la mise à jour 37 à partir de ce mercredi (aux environs de 19h00) jusqu'au vendredi 11 août
21h00.

Les nouveautés :


Révision des statistiques :



  • Reverted most of the mainstat changes as we're not going to be able to do proper itemization support for them in the short term.
  • Did another pass to tweak the gearing ratios, and figured stats should now come out much closer to where they were prior to the stat crunch.
  • One change that remains is that the figured stats gained from vitality and fate have both been reduced for all classes, as these stats now operate at a higher ratio compared to the other mainstats and they were over-contributing to figured characteristics. This should generally just keep their overall contribution similar to what it was.
  • PvMP

    • Free Players now gain +50% Morale from having full Audacity equipment worn. This is because the stat crunch lowers player damage more than it lowers monster player damage, so this 50% morale bonus keeps the ratio of monster player damage to Freep morale where it was pre-crunch.
    • Monster Player morale and healing values have been adjusted as part of the stat squish.
    • Toxin's power drain is no longer increased by a Weaver's tactical damage or venom multiplier. Post stat-crunch, power is too tightly bound for toxin to have that degree of variance while being balanced.
    • Creep base ICMR has been adjusted, and Racial Traits which improve ICMR have been adjusted to match their pre-stat-crunch potency.
    • Creep max power has been adjusted, and should now match the reduced power costs of skills with the stat crunch.

Le gardien :


  • Hammer Down's damage is now applied in two parts, and its damage should better align with its skill animation.
  • Blind Rage no longer suggests that it will give a parry response chance to the skill To The King.
  • Singular Focus now displays the percentage debuffs it applies to mitigations in the tooltip.
  • Thrust now correctly states that it is started by Breach or Whirling Breach.
  • To the King now applied a knock down effect and the tooltip is updated to reflect this.
  • Relentless Fury now applies both parry and block responses.
  • The trait for Protection by the Sword now accurately states that it is a 20m range.
  • Ruptured Artery was being modified by the Deeper Wounds trait, this has been remedied.
  • The Bastion of Light animation has been adjusted to be more generic; additionally, a request has been entered to reduce the large walls that it creates to show the area that it affects.
  • To the King's critical bonus effect is now a 3s knock down effect instead of a stun. More reminiscent and indicative of a previous incarnation.
  • To the King's tooltip no longer states that it will open a conjunction.
  • War-chant when traited with Demoralizing Anthem now appropriately resets the cooldown on Overwhelm and Shield-taunt.
  • The base damage on War-chant and Vexing Blow increased by 25%.
  • Thrill of Danger has been altered to more reliably apply the healing effect before hard CC can stop it from being enacted.
  • Rupture now removes the Stabbed bleed and applies the additional bonus damage on Hammer Down.
  • Whirling Breach returns to being a Fast skill.
  • Charge and the improved version are now Fast skills.
  • Bash, Shield-smash, Shield-swipe, Shield-taunt and Sweeping Cut animations execute slightly faster than before.
  • There was name that was created erroneously for the Bastion of Light that included a do not translate tag. That has been removed.
  • Disabling Strikes was not correctly applying the miss chance bonus to the Bastion of Light effect. This has been updated and corrected.
  • Relentless Fury effect application was still using the old Battle-fury name. This was fixed.
  • Demoralizing Anthem no longer has a stringtable and shows the cooldown alteration.


Le Béornide


Général :

  • Claw Swipe is now available in all three trait lines. Claw Swipe is granted at level 16. Claw Swipe has additional traits in each line that enhance its abilities; “Opposing Presence” in blue, “Rake” in red and “Raging Blows” in yellow.
  • Relentless, Brutal and Menacing Maul now allow movement while channeling.
  • Power potions now display a warning and are barred from use by Beornings, as using them as a Beorning has no effect.
  • Ferocious Roar’s Wrath generation now takes place over 5 seconds, rather than 10. Same Wrath amount.
  • Pressing “Ferocious Roar” while in Bear Form will transform you into man form as well as executing the skill.
  • Vicious Claws has been streamlined. Vicious Claws is necessary as an interrupt, so ancillary abilities overcomplicated its design. Vicious Claws now gives increased threat in blue, increased damage in red, and decreased Wrath cost in yellow. Its additional effects are being removed. Its current yellow line trait “Raging Blows”, will instead affect Claw Swipe.
  • Vicious Claws now costs 10 Wrath in blue and red lines, and costs 5 Wrath in yellow.
  • Increased “Hearten” initial heal.
  • “Rush” now costs 5 Wrath instead of adding 5 Wrath.
  • Reduced “Cleanse” cooldown to 16 seconds.
  • Bee Swarm, Grisly Cry, Nature’s Vengeance and Vigilant Roar are now Melee skills that use Melee bonuses, rather than Tactical skills.
La peau :
  • A new set trait “Cultivate” has been added at the position “Animalistic” occupied. Cultivate retains Animalistic’s original effect (Wrath generation in combat) and now also gives an any form version of Ferocious Roar. Ferocious Roar now restores 10% morale on use.
  • Added The Hide trait tree trait and skill “Thorned Armour”. The trait unlocks the skill Thorned Armour, which reduces all damage taken for a duration. During this time, the Beorning will redirect 20% of damage taken back to the source. Additional ranks increase redirect damage up to a max of 35%. Costs 30 Wrath.
  • Added The Hide trait tree trait and skill “Hurricane”. The trait unlocks the skill Hurricane, which grants the Beorning a guaranteed evade chance, redirects a small amount of damage back on attackers, and makes the Beorning immune to combat states for a period of time. 2 minute cooldown, costs 20 Wrath.
  • The Hide trait tree trait “Opposing Presence” no longer affects Biting Edge. Instead it affects Claw Swipe. Max rank increased cooldown and force taunt has been removed.
  • Guarded Attack now costs 5 Wrath instead of giving 10 Wrath.
  • Counter now costs 10 Wrath instead of adding 5 to Wrath.
  • Counterattack now adds 5 to Wrath instead of 10.
  • The Hide set trait “Defensively Minded” no longer builds stacks of Guarded. Instead, parrying increases threat and evading increases Wrath by 1.
  • Assertive Roar’s max morale tiers have been reduced to +3, +6 and +10% Max Morale. The duration of the Max Morale effect has increased from 10 to 45 seconds. Using Ferocious Roar before the duration has completed will overwrite the existing effect.
  • “Recuperate” initial healing has been increased.
La griffe :
  • Gained “Weakening Blows” trait from The Hide. Now has 3 ranks instead of 5. No change in max Slam Damage. Removed outgoing debuff.
  • Added a new trait and skill, "Blood Prize". Unlocks the skill Blood Prize, which increases all Bleed Damage and Wrath Builder Damage for a duration. Builders include Slash, Slam, Biting Edge, Serrated Edge, Thrash and Expose. Increased damage during Blood Prize per rank. Generates 5 Wrath. 1.5 minute cooldown.
  • Added a new trait and skill in “Trample”. Trample is an attack skill in Bear Form that generates Wrath. With the Improved Trample trait, it also lowers the target’s Block, Parry and Evade chance as well as lowering their crit defense. Costs 5 Wrath.
  • Improved Trample:

    • Rank 1: Increased damage 5%, reduces target’s BPE chance and Crit Defence 3%.
    • Rank 2: Increased damage 10%, Reduces target’s BPE chance and Crit Defence 5%.
  • Reworked “Execute” trait and skill. Execute now reads: Unlock Execute - a high powered single target attack skill that consumes all Wrath. Requires at least 50 Wrath. Offensive Single Target Finisher. Bear Form. 1 rank.
  • The Beorning Thrash skill animations for Tier 2 and 3 have been switched, so that the new Tier 3 is the most impressive.
  • Turn the Tides base damage increased.
  • Execute can now critically strike.
  • Execute damage has increased.
  • Execute no longer has any health threshold requirement.
  • Rake no longer tiers up and its bleed pulses have changed to every 3 seconds.
  • “Slash” bleeds no longer tier up. “Serrated Edge” and “Slash” bleed pulses changed to every 3 seconds.
  • Call to Wild no longer provides Wrath Generation or lessens Wrath cost. Call to Wild now gives increased Melee damage over a period of time. The Call to Wild Tracery gives additional damage and increases the duration of Call to Wild.
  • “Expose” now grants 5 Wrath instead of 10. Both man and bear forms now use the existing bear form debuff.
Le cri :

  • Changed how “Rejuvenating Bellow” works. When Rejuvenating Bellow is cast on a target, all members of that target's fellowship will also get healed. Cooldown reduced to 6 seconds.
  • Added Nature’s Salve trait and skill, a raid-wide 10m area bear form heal. The trait has 4 ranks, with additional ranks providing increased heal efficacy. Generates 10 Wrath with a 45s cooldown.
  • The Roar trait tree trait “Healing Increase” has been renamed “Nature’s Favour”.
  • The Roar trait tree trait “Raging Blow” has changed. Now affects Claw Swipe rather than Vicious Claws. Instead of giving an increased damage buff on the Mark of Grimbeorn target, it now gives a multiplicative Incoming Damage Reduction.
  • Halved Nature’s Mend induction time.
  • “Sacrifice”, rather than “Shake Free”, applies the second rank Grimbeorn’s Bubble in the Shake Free trait tree trait.

correction de bugs :

  • The “Encouraging Strike” trait no longer gives Tactical Damage in addition to Outgoing Healing.
  • When Dual Wielding, traiting into Levelling Roar gives you the skill of the same name, instead of Takedown.

Event artisanat Forestier :


  • You can no longer "lose" the caber channeling effect by passing through the blue gate at the wrong time in the Combe Forester Event.
  • When the forester event is active at the Combe lumberyard the immediate area where the event occurs will no longer allow mounts or war-steeds; speed altering effects will be suppressed and items that force players to emote are disabled.
  • Targeting others with the new emotes from the Forester event, now properly displays the action done and to whom.
  • There was an invisible bump in the world during the event at the very first set of markers that you need to pass through. This has been removed.
  • There was an error in the quest structure that allowed players to see the wrong text on the portion of the event where you need to tan the hides.

Général :


  • Skill animation speeds for many skills were being incorrectly affected by the type of weapon you had equipped. This made some weapons, such as clubs and swords, faster than other weapons, like axes and hammers. Weapon types should not impact the speed at which your skills are executed, so this disparity has been corrected, and all weapons should now have a speed equivalent to that of existing swords and bows.

Champion :


  • Wild Attack once again uses the correct dual-wield animation.
Wild Attack now has 2 strikes even when wielding a 2-handed weapon. It should deal damage equivalent to its dual-wield variant, while also giving two chances to apply its critical buff, and having the same animation duration as its dual-wield version.

Objets :


  • Replaced Tactical Mastery on Carn Dûm Vigorous Boots and Gages with Outgoing Healing and Tactical Mitigation.


PvP :


  • We fixed an issue where new spider appearances were not transferring over to their pets. These skins now apply to both the parent and pet.
  • The Spider Clan Trident appearance that comes out of the lockboxes now is properly tradable.

Divers :


  • Delayed the embedded browser initialization until the first browser window is opened in the client. This will avoid game client crash on startup if the browser was causing your client to crash. If your client crashes when opening the store, find the "external store" option in the game and enable it to use your system browser instead.
  • Known Issue: Female (Race of Man) hairstyles 24-56 are not displaying properly.
