Transferring one (1) character from one of your SOE accounts to another SOE account and changing to a different server:

$100.00 (plus any applicable tax)

In addition to any applicable fees described above, if you are a resident of a European Union country or territory, you will also be charged VAT (Value Added Tax) equal to 17.5% of the applicable fee.

Oui, je pense que le transfert se fait avec le matériel.
Après, à d'autres de confirmer. Ou pas.

si c est comme EQ1 , c est sans matos.

car tout simplement sa peut agir sur l eco d un server.

il y a que les fusions de servers ou l'ouverture de server , avec donc afflux de personne avec transfert gratuit ou tu garde ton matos.
