Je sais que ça sert à pas grand chose... mais voilà pour info un petit commentaire d'humeur que je viens d'envoyer à LL à leur nième enquête de satisfaction (après être entré en contact avec eux, via un ticket, pour une demande spécifique). Histoire de maintenir la pression (toutes proportions gardées  ). Attention aux fautes, c'est en anglais  :
"Big difficulties between residents and Linden Lab since the decision of increase OS fees, or remove SLX terminals, etc... From Europe these decisions seems to be taken without explanations, almost no respect of customers who paid a service... These decisions are taken in that “gentle” way : "we are the boss in California, we decide, if you dont like this wherever in the world, we dont care..." Residents are not really happy for that.... And that's a new feeling... I never feel that before in that game, even with VAT decision.
There is a gap now, there is 2 worlds : one of residents, one of Linden Lab… If we think a little about this, SL is more than a simple service offered to its clients…
Or we need to choice between several platforms, Second Life and others, the best for us…
Or we need to have access to another Authority (Justice, or international customers organization …) than LL, to have more guarantees of respect and to feel in a real world of democracy where build a happy second life.
This game will certainly have this evolution in the next years… The last 6 months shows that… The face to face between LL and residents is quite complicated now."
