..la version Americaine de WoW. Je me demandais si il y avait des gens qui joue dans des serveurs US et comment est qui'ils comptent se procurer WotLK. Est ce que la FNAC par exemple aurait en vente des version US? Ont-il eu en vente TBC US lors de sa sortie?

Well, if you want to get an US version of Wotlk in a Fnac : you're screwed.
They will ( more than ) probably only sell Eu versions so the only way to chose is to get it online, I forgot the website address but I'm pretty sure someone will say it

Well i would buy it online if it were going to be available as a digital download. Sadly Blizzard has not confirmed nor denied anything of the sort being done when WotLK hits stores on the 13th.

I ll be a sad panda if i do not get to play the xpac with my friends. I hate being last!!!!

Sinon il me semble que la FNAC ne vende pas de versions US, et que la commande en ligne est une des meilleures solutions.

Why don't you just buy it in America? It will be a little more expensive but i'm pretty sure you're not going to find any US Wotlk in a French/European shop.

Or you could buy it on an European website who buys in US, but I don't know any, and it will take more time than buying it directly by yourself.

I did not mention this in my original post, but i do not live in Canada anymore. Obviously i can not buy it personally otherwise i would not have posted about a way to buy in Europe, France to be exact.
Anyways, i ll find a way! Asking a friend is the last thing i wanna resort to. But if no other way is available, i will have to go that route :'(

I know there's an online shop selling serials for WotLK, you justhave to find a way to download the client (but I think they offer the download too), I did it this way for the Burning Crusade, but I can't find this damn site anymore >.> it's a good solution anyway, since I received my CD Key about 2 hours after the opening of the Dark Portal And I just used the beta client, changing the realmlist.wtf file worked perfectly If I find the site I'll tell you about it !

Downloading the game wont be a problem i think, it is having the Serials to upgrade the account i am worried about. However, if it worked for you when TBC was released, then i am sure i can do the same for WotLK!! Thanks for the info.

Question sans doute simpliste (et en français, vaut mieux pour vos yeux ), mais pourquoi vouloir absolument la version anglaise du jeu alors qu'on peut choisir la langue via le site de Blizzard ?

Certes, le double répertoire n'est pas très attractif mais ça facilite tout de même la vie plutôt que de s'arracher les cheveux à trouver wotlk en anglais de base, non ?

Il veut la version américaine, puisque ses personnages sont sur les serveurs américains.

Il habitait au Canada, mais s'est installé en france depuis et a donc besoin d'une clé US pour avoir l'extension.

EDIT: J'ai vérifié c'est possible.
EDIT2: Ah en fait non, j'avais pas vu que c'était pour Wotlk, ceci dit il serait disponible sur le net quelques semaines après sa sortie surement, et tu pourras certainement le dl sur le site américain.

Why not asking a game master directly? If you are already playing on Us servers, just explain your problem and ask.

I'm pretty sure that a key for wotlk will be available on the official us site.
