La closed Beta à peine commencée, Priston Tale 2 est déjà overbooké y compris le site.
Bonne nouvelle pour nous francophone, ce fabuleux MMO gratuit (avec cash shop) sera traduit dans la langue de Molière.
Des bruits de couloirs laisse entendre Janvier 2009.

Pour ceux qui maitrisent la langue de Shakespeare et / ou qui sont trop impatients, le jeu sera disponible en Novembre de cette année.

Will there be a wipe of the characters after the closed beta?
Yes, characters will be deleted.

Will I have to pay anything to play Priston Tale II?
No, PT2 will be free to play game.

Will there be some kind of item shop in the game?
As another „free-to-play” game , item shop is necessary to provide profits for KeyToPlay.

Items from the item shop will be tradeable ?
Yes.

Will there be NDA in closed beta?
Yes.

What about the translation of the game?
As for now, game will be available only in English. However, KeyToPlay wants to support Spanish, French and German speaking players in the future.

Gameplay

What about the classes of the game?
There are three tribes: Morion, Tempskron and Sopphetio. However, Sopphetio race is still under development. Here is the list of classes and subclasses:

Is there any date of Sopphetio releasing?
No.

Will the players be able to choose gender of character?
No, all classes are gender restricted.

Is there a lvl cap in the game?
Max. lvl for CB will be 60 and for OB 80. It may change after adding new content to the game.

How are we going to move in the game?
You will be able to move your character with the WASD keys of the keybord or just using the point and click way.

Will there be mounts in the game?
Yes. Some of them will be available in Cash Shop but you will be able to get one from quests as well.

Are there any quests ?
Yes, PT2 offers many quests to complete. Most of them are for one player but you will also see party and clan quests.

Can I jump ingame?
Yes, just use space button.

What is the maximum amount of people that are alowed in a party?
Six is the max. for the party.

Are there dungeons in this game?
Yes, player will be able to fight in special dungeons called „restriction fields”.

What about the pvp ?
In PT2 you will be able to fight against other players by: Duels, Party Battles, Clan wars, PK on special maps and territory wars.However, some of them will be available in the future.

Are there crafting skills ingame?
Yes.

I heard that PT2 is action based game, what does it mean ?
Well... there are features like: climbing, jumping, using ropes, combo system and falling after hard hit.

Is there feature like auction house?
No, only personal shops.

Oui. Basé sur le moteur Unreal engine 2.5. D'où la qualité du visuel. Mais sur le gameplay, ça reste très classique. Donc si on est allergique au grind made in Linéage, mieux vaut passer son chemin. Pour les autres, c'est un jeu au potentiel indéniable.

Pas tout à fait d'accord sur le bashing ...
Beaucoup de quêtes présentes et surtout du PVP bien dynamique.

Enfin bon, effectivement un poids lourd qui fera vite oublier un Rappelz

quelqu'un connait l'histoire ou le coté qu'incarne chaque faction?(a vrai dire j'ai l'impression que c'est assez similaire a Rappelz , ceux qui sont proches des dieux , ceux qui sont plutot coté dark et les humains standard au milieu...)

For centuries Midranda, the God demon, stood by watching as Priston’s inhabitants fought relentlessly. He took pleasure in the Dantesque scene before him, as his hatred and the violence coming from those battles strengthened his dark powers. The chaos and destruction did nothing but increase his power more and more, in this way generating an army of monsters.

With time, the different Priston races: Tempskron, Morion and Sopphetios, abandoned fighting to build their own empires, complete with large cities, rich markets and magnificent palaces.

Midranda, jealous of the accomplishments of Priston’s people and angry and weak due to his lack of fighting strength, starts plotting in order to unleash hatred and cause death once again. He decides to make the first move, convinced that everyone will react by turning on each other.

The destruction and terror brought on by the first waves of evil beings surprised everyone. The battle was hard and full of bloodshed, but leads to a surprising outcome: it unites the different races faced with the same threat.

During this fight, a group of heroes stands out among all the armies and is able to activate the only legendary weapon that can defeat Midranda: The enigma.

Now Midranda, his pride hurt from the turn of events, has activated his true final plan: unleashing a wave of unimaginable horrors on Priston to make people pay for their courage.

However, in reality the second enigma is the source of Midranda’s dark powers and the answer to the enigma lies in Priston itself, its inhabitants and their ability to unite forces. There is no choice. They must locate the second and true enigma to survive.
