Hello tout le monde,
Voilà depuis aujourd'hui, il m'est impossible de me connecter à swtor... Quand je lance l'application il ne se passe rien et ensuite j'ai un message d'erreur qui s'affiche... Impossible d'obtenir les données du patch. vérifiez votre connections (erreur 311) Je comprend pas car hier tout allait bien et aujourd'hui rien ne fonctionne. Quelqu'un a t-il le même problème? |

Oui tout fonctionne parfaitement sur les autres jeux.
Je peux me connecter au site ou télécharger les mises à jour de rift ou GW2 par exemple... J ai vide le cache dns aussi mais rien n y fais... |

bon si ce n'est pas ta connection, c'est peut être le launcher qui est cassé.
Dans le répertoire de SWTOR tu as l'application "fixlauncher.exe" que tu peux exécuter qui vérifiera que ton launcher est pas corrompu ou quelque chose de ce genre. Sinon tu peux aussi faire une "fausse" réinstallation du jeu en allant sur www.swtor.com/download (ne désinstalles pas le jeu, lance simplement le setup), ça va écraser la plupart des fichiers exe dont le launcher, mais ça va garder tous les assets, textures etc et autres mises à jour que tu n'auras donc pas a retélécharger. |

J ai déjà lancé le fixlauncher 5 fois...j ai delete le fichier patch et vérifie mon par feu.
Je n ai pas encore refait une installation comme tu le dis. Je dois réinstalle le jeu dans le même répertoire? Je demande ça car je veux pas tout devoir réinstaller... |

oui tu réinstalles sur le même répertoire, ça va écraser la plupart des exe, mais tous les assets (textures, models, cartes, etc...) sont conservés donc tu n'auras pas à les retélécharger.
- ne désinstalles pas (sinon la ça va virer les assets) - utilises bien le lien www.swtor.com/download, qui contient leur install le plus récent |

C'est pas ton antivirus qui bloque ton launcher par hasard?
J'avais eu le soucis suite à une maj et bitdefender me bloquait. |

Non c est pas l antivirus car je l ai désactivé... Par contre j ai windows 8. J espère que c est pas à cause de ça.
J ai toujours aucune réponse du support... Je vais être bon pour tout desinstaller... |

en ce moment le support doit être débordé avec les gens qui ont renouvelé leur abonnement pour le bonus en pièces du cartel, vu qu'EAware a viré une grosse partie de leurs équipes en mars et juin...
Je joue sous Windows 8 et j'ai fait comme je te l'ai expliqué, j'ai transféré tout mon répertoire SWTOR de mon ancien disque vers mon nouveau disque et j'ai fait une "fausse" réinstallation sur le même répertoire, je n'ai donc pas eu à tout retélécharger et je n'ai pas d'erreur. Utilises tu windows 8 tel quel ou as tu fait des modifs (désactivé des services / programmes)? |

Le fichier host n existe pas chez moi...
Bientôt il faudra faire des cours d informatique pour pouvoir jouer à des jeux... C est quand même incroyable. J ai pas encore teste la solution de galadorn... J aimerais savoir si tu retélécharger tout les fichiers quand même? Mais que tu gardes une versions sur un autre disc. À ce moment la j installe une nouvelle version directement sur un autre disque. Désole de toutes ces questions mais j ai du mal à suivre car j ai fais tout ce qui était possible de faire sur le fofo officiel. J avoue que je commence à perdre patience... J espère que ça se résoudra au plus car au final c est qu un jeux... Édit: j utilise windows 8 tel quel |

je n'ai rien proposé malheureusement, je demandais juste si tu avais modifié par exemple des paramètres dans Windows 8 (comme par exemple ce fichier hosts) afin de pouvoir identifier ce qui ne va pas, et je donnais juste mon exemple que le jeu fonctionne sous windows 8 sans avoir à le réinstaller en entier si tu l'as déjà téléchargé ailleurs.
C'est la même chose que ce que je t'avais proposé quatre posts plus haut (garder le répertoire intact, réinstaller par dessus pour ne pas avoir a retélécharger les assets tout en étant sur qu'il va lui donner les droits d'exécution et l'ajouter a ton pare-feu sans que tu n'aies à le faire manuellement) dans ton répertoire logs de SWTOR tu dois avoir des fichiers launcher_YYYYMMDD.log, pourrais tu faire un copier coller du plus récent? Je vais jeter un oeil voir si j'arrive a comprendre quoi que ce soit dedans... |

J'ai trouve un autre problème peut être que c est lié?
Je n'arrive pas a charger les video sur youtube... alors que je peux allé sur internet et regarder par exemple les video sur JOL bizarre Edit: J'ai changer le jeu de repertoire et disc et réinstallé le launcher et ca marche toujours pas... Dernière modification par amenofis ; 29/11/2012 à 19h59. |

Salut, j'ai exactement le même problème que toi et je ne sais pas comment y remédier, j'ai aussi contacté le support et envoyé mon dxdiag mais je n'ai pas eu de réponse pour l'instant sinon je suis allé sur les forums officiels et quelques autres joueurs ont aussi ce même problème, mais je ne sais pas quoi faire.

Ensuite tu tapes: tracert 87.248.217.254 et la ça devrait faire couac quelque part. Si tu peux envoie moi un screenshot ou un copié collé du tracert. (pour info chez moi cdn-patch.swtor.com se résout en 87.248.221.253 mais vu que c'est une distribution délocalisée pour optimiser les téléchargements, l'IP sera différente selon ton lieu géographique, car il choisira le serveur le plus proche de chez toi) |

1 3 ms 2 ms 8 ms Centro_grande.home [192.168.1.1] 2 926 ms 1015 ms * 30-64.3-213.bluewin.ch [213.3.64.30] il y a un problème entre le premier noeud et le second, il y a plus d'une seconde de trajet, et meme la 3eme tentative fait un timeout (l'étoile *) c'est a dire qu'elle se perd dans un trou noir. bluewin.ch c'est swisscom. Est-ce ton provider? Tu devrais les contacter pour leur demander pourquoi il y a ce problème (qui doit probablement expliquer pourquoi tu n'arrives pas non plus a patcher Maxpayne 3) |

j'ai fait une recherche google et je tombe sur le forum support SWTOR allemand.
http://www.swtor.com/de/community/sh...=555481&page=7 et aussi quelqu'un a posé la question sur le forum swisscom (sans réponse de leur part) http://supportcommunity.swisscom.ch/...MMO/m-p/139932 ca semble toucher les allemands... le dernier semble avoir trouvé une solution (reset de son IP) mais c'est en allemand. |
