Jacques Brel : La chanson des vieux amants
...

lifehouse: simon, everything (geniale).
Dishwalla: candleburn; somewhere in the middle; angels or devils; until i wake up
Remy zero: fair, twisted
Evanescence: my immortal, hello, you.
The beatles: let it be.

Jacques Brel - Ne me quitte pas (culte)
John Lennon - Woman
Guns and Roses - November Rain
U2 - One et With or without you
With or whithout you - U2
Your song - Elton John
Sacrifice - Elton John
Cande in the wind - Elton John
Don't cry - Guns n' Roses
For the love of princess - Braveheart (b.o. du film)
May it be - Enya

Citation :
This is my favourite sad story,
Forget me not or I'll forget myself
I've got quite a few things that I'm afraid of
sometimes I just can't face myself
This is my favorite sad story,
Forget me not or I'll forget myself.
I guess I'll tuck myself away tonight,
you know it's been one of those days.

Every pretty flower,
every lovely flower,
every deadly flower
hides its light inside of shame.

I do not know why you don't know,
I cannot reap what you have sown
Beneath this blanket of loose soil,
wrapped around my mortal coil.

Well a stem is not a rose,
but that's how my garden grows.
I can't see the forest for the trees,
the stinking poison for disease
Now it's all shot to hell and back again.
I seek redemption for the
same old sins and I fall on my knees,
And I pray that all the poppies they
they will just fade away.
But fields of poppies they remain.
That's how they found me last time, dead

This is my favorite sad story,
forget me not or I'll forget myself.
I've got quite a few things that I'm afraid of,
sometimes I just won't face myself.
This is my favorite sad story,
forget me not or I'll forget myself
I guess I'll just tuck myself away tonight
you know its been one of those days.

Every pretty flower,
every lovely flower,
every deadly flower,
hides its light inside of shame.

I do not know why you don't know,
I cannot reap what you have sown,
Beneath this blanket of loose soil,
wrapped around my mortal coil.

Irises lay in spring mud,
where lovers drown each other's sorrows,
Where lovers dream about tomorrows.
As for me I drown another kind as
sadness runs course through my veins.
Posie wreaths they crown me.
My heart, My heart
I should just fade away, fade away
Like a flower...
Tear in your hand-Tori amos

All the world just stopped now
So you say you don't wanna stay together anymore
Let me take a deep breath babe
If you need me
Me and Neil'll be hangin' out with the dream king
Neil says hi
By the way I don't believe you're leaving
Cause me and Charles Manson like the same ice cream
I think it's that girl
And I think there're pieces of me you've never seen
Maybe she's just pieces of me you've never seen well

All the world is all I am
The black of the blackest ocean
And the tear in your hand
All the world is dangin'...
Dangling'...Danglin' for me darlin'
You don't know the power that you have
With that tear in your hand
Tear in you hand

Maybe I ain't used to maybes
Smashing in a cold room
Cutting my hands up every time I touch you
Maybe maybe it's time to wave goodbye now
Time to wave goodbye now
Caught a ride with the moon
I know I know you well
Better than I
Used to haze all clouded up
My mind in the daze of why it could've never been So you say and I say
You know you're full of wish
And your "baby baby baby babies"
I tell you there're pieces of me you've never seen
Maybe she's just pieces of me you've never seen

All the world is all I am
The black of the blackest ocean
And the tear in your hand
All the world is dangin'...
Dangling'...Danglin' for me darlin'
You don't know the power that you have
With that tear in your hand
Tear in you hand
With that tear in you hand

Putting the damage on-Tori Amos

Glue
Stuck to my shoes
Does anyone know why you play with an orange rind
You say you packed my things
And divided what was mine you're off to the mountain top
I say her skinny legs could use sun
But now I'm wishing
For my best impression
Of my best Angie Dickinson
But now I've got to worry
Cause boy you still look pretty
When you're putting the damage on

Don't make me scratch on you door
I never left you
For a banjo
I only just turned around for a poodle
And a Corvette
And my impression
Of my best Angie Dickinson
But now I've got to worry
Cause boy you still look pretty
When you're putting the damage on

I'm trying not to move
It's just your ghost
Passing through
I said
I'm trying not to move
It's just your ghost passing through
It's just your ghost
Passing through
And now
I'm quite sure
There's a light in your platoon
I never seen a light move
Like yours
Can do to me
So now I'm wishing
For my best impression
Of my best Angie Dickinson
But now I've got to worry
Cause boy you still look pretty
To me
But I've got a place to go
I've got a ticket to your late show
And now I'm worrying cause even still
You sure are pretty
When you're putting the damage on
Yes
When you're putting the damage on
You're just so pretty
When you're putting the damage on

A sorta fairytail-Tori Amos

on my way up north
up on the ventura
i pulled back the hood
and i was talking to you
and i knew then it would be
a life long thing
but i didn't know that we
we could break a silver lining

and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you

things you said that day
up on the 101
the girl had come undone
i tried to downplay it
with a bet about us
you said that-
you'd take it
as long as i could
i could not erase it

and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you

and i ride along side
and i rode along side
you then
and i rode along side
till you lost me there
in the open road
and i rode along side
till the honey spread
itself so thin
for me to break your bread
for me to take your word
i had to steal it

and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you

i could pick back up
whenever i feel

down new mexico way
something about
the open road
i knew that he was
looking for some indian blood and
find a little in you find a little
in me we may be
on this road but
we're just
impostors
in this country you know
so we go along and we said
we'd fake it
feel better with
oliver stone
till i
almost smacked him -
seemed right that night and
i don't know what
takes hold
out there in the
desert cold
these guys think they must
try and just get over on us

and i'm so sad
like a good book
i can't put this
day back
a sorta fairytale
with you
a sorta fairytale
with you

and i was ridin' by
ridin' along side
for a while till you lost me
and i was ridin' by
ridin' along till you lost me
till you lost
me in
the rear
view
you lost me
i said

way up north i took my day
all in all was a pretty nice
day and i put the hood
right back where
you could taste heaven
perfectly
feel out the summer breeze
didn't know when we'd be back
and i, i don't
didn't think
we'd end up like
like this

Citation :
Bien sûr, nous eûmes des orages
Vingt ans d'amour, c'est l'amour fol
Mille fois tu pris ton bagage

{Refrain:}
Mais mon amour
Mon doux mon tendre mon merveilleux amour

Finalement finalement
Il nous fallut bien du talent
Pour être vieux sans être adultes

{Refrain}

Oh, mon amour
Mon doux mon tendre mon merveilleux amour

{Refrain}

Oh, mon amour...
Mon doux mon tendre mon merveilleux amour
A-ha - Hunting High And Low (paroles et musique Paul Waaktaar-Savoy 1985)
Citation :
Here I am
And within the reach of my hand
She's sound asleep
And she's sweeter now
Than the wildest dream
Could have seen her
And I watch her slipping away
But I know I'll be

Hunting high and low
Ah there's no end
To the lengths I'll go to

Hunting high and low
Ah there's no end
To the lengths I'll go

To find her again
Upon this my dreams are depending
Through the dark
I sense the pounding of her heart
Next to mine
She's the sweetest love
I could find
So I guess I'll be

Hunting high and low
Ah, there's no end
To lengths I'll go to

High and low
Ah, do you know what it means
To love you

I'm hunting high and low
And now she's telling me
She's got to go away
I'll always be hunting high and low
Only for you (And now she's telling me)
Watch me tearing myself to pieces

Hunting high and low
Ah, there's no end
To lengths I'll go to
For you I'll be hunting high and low
Très belle ballade de leur premier album.

Sinon Kylie Minogue - Take Me With You (1998)

Citation :
I try, not to panic,
I hold on to the pieces,
It's hard to stop my heart from breaking.
If I could stand to take the long road,
If I could reach to where I've never been.
There's a mirror facing me.

I don't want to be here.....Take me with you

CHORUS:
Take me there, take me there,
until I die, until I die.
Take me with you,
take me there, take me there,
Until I die, Until I die
take me with you.

I chose to be careful,
hold on to the reason,
it's hard to stop my head from spinning,
If I could sleep until tomorrow,
If I could see the things I've never seen,
It's a matter of dreaming.

I don't want to be here.....take me with you

REPEAT CHORUS

I don't wanna hurt inside,
I feel like I'm losing time,
take me with you
Puis sinon Nick Cave & the bad seeds et Kylie Minogue - Where The Wild Roses Grow (1995).

Citation :
They call me The Wild Rose
But my name was Elisa Day
Why they call me it I do not know
For my name was Elisa Day

From the first day I saw her I knew she was the one
She stared in my eyes and smiled
For her lips were the colour of the roses
That grew down the river, all bloody and wild

When he knocked on my door and entered the room
My trembling subsided in his sure embrace
He would be my first man, and with a careful hand
He wiped out the tears that ran down my face

{au Refrain}

On the second day I brought her a flower
She was more beautiful than any woman I'd seen
I said, "Do you know where the wild roses grow
So sweet and scarlet and free?"

On the second day he came with a single red rose
Said, "Will you give me your loss and your sorrow?"
I nodded my head, as I lay on the bed
"If I show you the roses will you follow?"

{au Refrain}

On the third day he took me to the river
He showed me the roses and we kissed
And the last thing I heard was a muttered word
As he knelt above me with a rock in his fist

On the last day I took her where the wild roses grow
And she lay on the bank, the wind light as a thief
And I kissed her goodbye, said "All beauty must die"
Lent down and planted a rose between her teeth
"Avec le temps" : Léo Ferré

"ma plus belle histoire d'amour" : Barbara

"Ton style" : Léo ferré

"les vieux amants" : Jacques Brel

"Salade de fruits" : Bourvil

....Et encore d'autres.

Personne n'a pensé à Unchained Melody ?
Save the last dance for me, de Emmylou Harris.
"You can dance
Every dance with the girl who gives you the eye
Let her hold you tight "

ahhh......................

Ben merde, personne ne l'a encore sortie, bon...

Citation :
So close no matter how far
Couldn't be much more from the heart
Forever trusting who we are
And nothing else matters

Never opened myself this way
Life is ours, we live it our way
All these words I don't just say
And nothing else matters

Trust I seek and I find in you
Every day for us something new
Open mind for a different view
And nothing else matters

Never cared for what they do
Never cared for what they know
But I know

So close no matter how far
It couldn't be much more from the heart
Forever trusting who we are
And nothing else matters

Never cared for what they do
Never cared for what they know
But I know

I never opened myself this way
Life is ours, we live it our way
All these words I don't just say
And nothing else matters

Trust I seek and I find in you
Every day for us something new
Open mind for a different view
And nothing else matters

Never cared for what they say
Never cared for games they play
Never cared for what they do
Never cared for what they know
And I know

So close no matter how far
Couldn't be much more from the heart
Forever trusting who we are
No, nothing else matters
Nothing else matters, Metallica
