There will be a Kingdom of Sky beta for Anashti Sul from May 27, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) PDT until June 9, 2025 at 11:00 a.m PDT. Kingdom of Sky will launch on Anashti Sul on June 10, 2025 at 12:00pm (noon) PDT.

All across the Shattered Lands, Ulteran Spires have opened up a pathway between Norrath and the Overrealm. Unfortunately for the inhabitants of the surface world, this is a bilateral connection, and the dragon forces aim to take advantage of it. Can you stop them? Dare you try?

Kingdom of Sky Features:

• Level cap increase to 70 for adventurers and tradeskillers.
• Alternate Advancement system is unlocked with max 50 points.
• Three overland zones
  
  • Tenebrous Tangle
  • Barren Sky
  • Bonemire
    
• 2 Contested dungeons
  
  • Sanctum of the Scaleborn
  • Palace of the Awakened
    
• 5 Heroic Dungeons
• 1 new Epic questline

If you're interested in taking part in this beta test, here are the details about how to do that. 
 
To patch and get into the Beta server: 

• Open your LaunchPad.
• In the top-left corner, click the 'Version' link which will open the 'Select Game Version' panel.
• Choose 'Beta' in the drop-down menu and then hit 'Apply' to begin patching.
• Hit 'Play' once the patching is completed.  
  

Other Important Information: 

• Beta installs into a sub-folder that takes about the same space as your live game version.
• Remember to set the 'Version' back to your regular setting to access your normal server.
• Players who wish to take part in the beta with their Origins characters can use the /beta command in game to copy characters to the Beta server. This process can take up to 1 hour to complete.
• If your copied /beta character is not displaying on the Beta server, please create a level 1 character on Beta, log that character in, and then log it out. Copied character(s) should then appear on the character select screen.
• The Beta server may not always be accessible as patching and Beta server maintenance will occur whenever it’s necessary.
• The Beta server is wiped periodically, meaning Beta characters may be deleted with or without notice.
• Anything you do on a Beta server is exclusive to the Beta server, and will not affect your live characters, except when Beta rewards are offered for you to /claim on live.

DB Games a lancé des serveurs "fresh" ? Pour moi c'est non, ca pique trop les yeux.

Nous en sommes à Desert Of Flames, et Kingdom Of Sky arrive ce mois ci.

C'est quand même triste de ce dire que DBG continue l'exploitation de la licence d'Everquest, simplement en ne proposant que du vieux et jouer sur la nostalgie des anciens joueurs. Sans qu'aucun autre projet ne soit à l'ordre du jour. Surtout quand on voit l'engouement qu'il y a eu avec l'annonce d'Everquest Next (je ne refais pas l'histoire). Alors c'était pas eux directement, ils ont repris le projet pour l'annuler ensuite. Mais quand même, je me demande comment est l'ambiance dans l'entreprise qui n'ont comme projet que de maintenir des serveurs de jeu de plus de 20 ans, sans avenir. Triste.

En effet, mais ce serveur est une bénédiction pour les anciens joueurs, ou voulant découvrir le jeu
