ENEMY TUNING UPDATE
For this patch, we’ve made significant tuning changes game-wide to enemies and bosses across the board in an effort to improve overall balance of difficulty between different zones and challenges.
What has changed:
Individual enemy powers now fall under a more structured tuning system, similar to player Hero powers
Enemy powers that were doing too much should now do more appropriate damage, and vice-versa
All enemies and bosses outside Raid zones have been adjusted in this update
What has not changed:
Enemy and boss Health totals
The number or "density" of enemy spawns in each area
Raid zone enemies and bosses
These changes will allow us to more directly modify individual enemies to adjust overall game balance more accurately.

MINOR CHANGES & BUG FIXES
Fixed an issue where Rescue’s Nanobot Stream was not working as the tooltip described. This power now correctly heals the player.
Fixed an issue that would sometimes cause an erroneous mouse click in a UI Window after clicking on something in the game world.
StarkTech Power Cubes no longer have an off-screen indicator.
KNOWN ISSUES
Due to an Unreal engine update in this patch, players may need to reset their graphic settings in the Options menu after applying patch 1.11.
