New Team-Up: Rescue
Rescue joins the Team-Up roster of Marvel Heroes 2016!
Originally a member of Stark Industries secretarial pool, Virginia “Pepper” Potts soon became an instrumental part of the company after the death of Howard Stark. After years of working alongside Tony as his friend and coworker, she would eventually be given a Stark Tech Suit of her own - Mark 1616, Rescue! Having no direct offensive weaponry, Rescue uses various emergency rescue tools as well as enhanced shielding to save lives and assist her allies in battle!
Hero Changes
Emma Frost
- Diamond Mind active effect Health and Spirit regen reduced to 10% per second, passive now gains Health regen affix (this affects only Mental build). Invisibility changed to Stealth.
- Inspire Minion now also applies Invisibility for 3 seconds.
- Diamond Heart tooltip corrected to reflect the actual 1 second cooldown on Diamond Armor gain.
- Frenzied Confusion effect is now irresistible, duration and cost reduced. Cooldown increased to 15 seconds.
- Kneel Before Me base damage increased by 67%. No longer a guaranteed critical strike.
- Running in Heels tooltip corrected to reflect actual move speed. Speed reduced from 600 to 550 to match other similar powers.
- Psychic Domination no pet buff now works as intended (does not require any power use to update). Pets now keep their damage buff on region change. Tooltip updated with buff information.
- Psychic Spear base damage increased 25%.
- Stepford Cuckoos now slows enemies significantly and buffs Emma's Mental Damage Rating and Defense Rating.
Green Goblin
- Strength over Sanity - Critical & Brutal Rating bonuses increased 33%. Physical Damage multiplier increased to 15% (from 10%), Strength up to 2 (from 1).
- Goblin Sparks - Energy damage multiplier increased to 5% per stack (from 3%).
- OsCorp Laser - Beam width increased by 50%.
- Carpet Bomb - DoT damage increased 33%.
- Goblin Surprise, Sonic Toads, Pumpkin Bomb, Gas Pumpkin, and Hallucinogenic Pumpkin can now be used without interrupting movement.
- Removed 'seek delay' from Goblin Surprise, improved seeking turn radius and speed to hit intended target.
- Tightened spread and jump distance of Sonic Toads to get them to stay in a more consistent pattern.
- Goblin Gunner, Rocket Barrage, and OsCorp Laser damage increased 30%.
- Green Goblin's base movement speed increased to 350 (from 310).
Known Issues
If you attempt to use an Ancient Gourd of Prestige on Emma Frost or Vision while you have an enslaved minion through Psychic Domination or A.I. Hack, you will be disconnected from the server with the message "Error saving character". Until this is addressed in a game update, to work around this issue you can dismiss your enslaved minion by right-clicking Psychic Domination or A.I. Hack in the power tree. Once your current minion is dismissed, you will be able to use your Ancient Gourd of Prestige as expected.
