A new promotion for players starts with this patch, named after the famed Marvel element - Vibranium.

Some other details:
The Vibranium ticket can be found in any zone, at any level, by any player. This includes “overleveled” zones.
Boosts do not affect the chance of a Vibranium Ticket being looted. The drop chance is not affected by Rare Item Find, Special Item Find, Odin’s Boosts, etc.
Cosmic Chaos Event
The Cosmic Chaos event returns, starting at
12:01 AM PDT, Friday morning!
- Cosmic Bosses Drop Double Loot - All cosmic Terminal and Patrol bosses, every time.
- Cosmic Questions Answered - 42% server-side multiplicative boost to Rare Item Find, Special Item Find and Experience for all your heroes.
- Cosmic Prestige Doubled - Doubled leveling rate for Cosmic Prestige during Cosmic Chaos week.
- Cosmic Chaos Supplier: Moondragon - An honorary member of the Guardians of the Galaxy and daughter of Drax the Destroyer, Moondragon is no stranger to cosmic chaos. During the Cosmic Chaos event, Moondragon will exchange Cosmic Worldstones for a variety of items, including a gifted (bound to your account) Doop rune that can be purchased for 500 Cosmic Worldstones.
- The Doop rune has an increased chance of dropping from all Doops during the Cosmic Chaos event.
Hero Tuning
This week’s small patch focuses on buffs for Loki’s damage output, with the goal of moving him towards the top tier tuning bracket for end-game content. Similarly, Human Torch, Ice Man, Moon Knight, Rocket Raccoon and Thing have small targeted buffs in this patch, while Dr. Doom receives an overall nerf.
The upcoming Ant-Man patch will include targeted buffs to Emma Frost and Jean Grey, along with other small adjustments as needed. In addition, Rogue’s EMF power will be buffed to match it closer to the recent Silver Surfer EMF buff.
The tuning process will continue, primarily focused on targeted buffs wherever possible, until all heroes comfortably share “top tier” status for end-game activities.
Loki
- Winter's Breath now deals 1% more damage per 1% attack speed.
- Lay Waste bonuses increased to 50% per debuff on enemy.
- Cold Snap base damage slightly increased, bonus damage against frozen targets increased to 200%.
- Arcane Binding damage over time duration increased from 4 seconds to 8 seconds.
- Illusion melee damage increased.
- Arcane Illusion damage increased.
- Meteoric Illusion damage increased.
- Arcane Ruin now fully inherits Summoned Ally Damage (was previously partially inheriting it).
Dr. Doom
- Dr. Doom's Doom Bots now have reduced health and defense. Explosion damage only occurs when they are defeated, and not if their lifespan expires or you replace them.
- Latverian Blockade, War Drums, and Inferno damage reduced.
- Worthless Cretin bonus damage when over 75% Magic/Power scaling decreased.
Human Torch
- Human Torch's Flame On now reduces spirit costs by 50% while active. Power duration no longer affects this Signature power.
Iceman
- Iceman will now direct his Ice Golems to attack the target of Flash Freeze.
Moon Knight
- Moon Knight's Tripwire Bolas, Crescent Fan, and Crescent Dart Throw damage over time durations changed to 8 seconds.
- Explosive Crescent Dart vulnerability duration increased to 8 seconds.
Rocket Raccoon
- Assault Specialization now grants 25% increased damage to Gun powers.
Thing
- Hammer Time, Stretch! power now generates a significant amount of Hard Knocks.
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue that prevented power usage when very close to certain level geometry.
Fixed an issue that prevented the Unbind Armor, Insignia, Artifact or Team-Up gear recipe in the Misc crafting tab from unbinding Unique slot 1-5 items.
Rocket Raccoon's H7 Fleetslayer was granting bonus damage from Summoned Ally Damage regardless of specialization. This is now corrected to Battery Specialization, as listed on the tooltip.
Rocket Raccoon’s Battery Specialization H7 Fleetslayer bonus corrected to 25% of Summoned Ally Damage as written in tooltip (was applying 50%).
Captain America's Ultimate synergy once again applies to Star-Spangled Strike.
Luke Cage's Cold Shoulder will now have its Spirit cost reduced by Strength.
Doctor Strange's Demons of Denak tooltip corrected to match the amount actually healed by the power (which is unchanged).
Rogue's Final Form Nightcrawler power will now be able to be activated 5 times before going on cooldown (at Ultimate Rank 1).
Known Issues
Doctor Doom’s classic costume is displaying Doctor Strange’s classic costume icon. This will be corrected in the next patch.
