Je penses en effet que vous avez tous dû recevoir cette information par email.
Cependant et ne maîtrisant pas l'anglais à la perfection, un certain nombre de recommandations sont pour le moins... obscures disons.
Genre comment, le moment venu (le 1er août donc), fusionner le compte Fallen Earth au compte GameFirst ? A priori ce serait simplement en se connectant... se connecter à quoi ? au site Fallen Earth ou au jeu ? Et c'est quoi ce truc de "Voltron style" ???

Perso, et bien qu'en bon petit soldat j'ai créé un compte "GameMachin", j'entrave que dalle pour la suite des zévénements. C'est surtout cette histoire de Voltron Style qui me laisse bien perplexe qui semble incontournable pourtant pour conserver son perso avec toutes ses stats et ses équipements. Et si je comprend bien, pour ceux qui migrerait leur compte avant le 5 août, des G1 Credit seraient offerts ?
Si l'un ou l'une de vous pouvait apporter quelques lumières pour cette transition, ce serait vraiment super-super-génial.

Je viens de traduire un message important du Dev Blog concernant la migration des comptes Fallen Earth sur le site Gamersfirst !

A partir du 1er Août, il sera IMPERATIF d'avoir son compte Fallen Earth activé via GAMERSFIRST. Vous pouvez dorénavant créer un compte sur Gamersfirst (sauf si vous en avez déjà un, pour les joueurs d'APB reloaded par exemple): www.gamersfirst.com

Le 1er Aôut marquera la conclusion de la première phase du processus de transition qui était principalement « déplacer le matériel hardware (serveur, etc. …) et continuer à faire marcher les choses comme elles ont toujours été ». Elle marque également le début de la deuxième phase, ou nous intégrerons pleinement Fallen Earth dans la plateforme de publication Gamersfirst.

Cela signifie essentiellement que nous faisons beaucoup changement en arrière plan, cela sonne plutôt vague pour vous, alors voici les changements réels qui vos toucherons !

Le 1er Août :

Vous aurez besoin d’un compte Gamersfirst pour vous connecter à Fallen Earth (ce n’est pas un problème car le compte est fourni gratuitement (encore heureux lol)).

Vous aurez besoin de fusionner votre compte Fallen Earth avec votre compte G1 « Voltron-Style » pour garder tous vos personnages, vos points de récompenses et l’historique de votre compte intact. Ce processus sera disponible le 1er Août.
Pour les abonnés actifs qui auront terminés le processus avant le 5 Août, nous distribuerons des crédits G1 gratuitement de façon à les remerciés, ce qui sera utile car…

Le site Fallen Earth va subir un ravalement de façade extrême ! Le magasin Fallen Earth sera désormais intégré au marché Gamersfirst. Vous aurez donc la possibilité d’utiliser les crédits G1 pour acheter sur le magasin Fallen Earth.

Certains paiements et abonnements seront affectés. Lisez ce qui suit si vous payez par Paypal ou ClickandBuy.

Si au 1er Août, votre abonnement est payé directement par carte de crédit, il sera automatiquement pris en compte sans que vous n’ayez rien à faire.
Si votre abonnement est payé avec PayPal ou ClickandBuy, votre abonnement ne se reproduira pas en Août et vous devrez vous réabonner. Ce n’est pas le top et nous en sommes désolés… (Nous préférerions autoriser les comptes payés via PayPal et ClickandBuy mais certaines choses nous empêchent de le faire. A noter que les personnages et objets ne seront pas affectés après expiration de votre abonnement. Afin d’éviter tout problème, réabonnez- vous immédiatement après le 1er Août).

D’autres changements qui n’affecteront pas les abonnés actuels seront mis en place à compter du 1er Août :

Les nouveaux abonnements seront toujours lié avec une clé produit supplémentaires (achat d’1 compte = 2 comptes), mais ne seront plus livrés avec un ATV ou le chapeau à plumes (nous pensons que l’expérience du joueur lors de la construction de l’ATV est plus intéressant et nous ne voulons pas que le joueur l’esquive en prenant l’ATV avec son abonnement).

Le prix de base pour la mise à niveau d’un essai sera réduite de 19.99$ à 14.99$.

En résumé, le 1er Août avant de vous connecter au jeu, vous serez invité à fusionner votre compte Fallen Earth avec un compte Gamersfirst.
Lorsque vous aurez terminé la fusion, vous pourrez vous connecter à Fallen Earth avec votre compte Gamersfirst.
Si vous avez un abonnement par carte de crédit vous pouvez y aller directement, si vous utilisez PayPal ou ClickandBuy, vous devrez vous réabonner.
Les comptes qui accomplissent la transition avant le 5 Août auront le droit à des crédits G1 en remerciement. L’Upgrade d’un compte coûtera désormais 14.99$, vous recevrez toujours une clé supplémentaire mais pas de chapeau ni d’ATV. La transition complète Free2Play est actuellement toujours en cours et nous avançons dans les temps.

Nous prévoyons des cadeaux pour nos abonnés chaque mois accompagnant le passage en Free2Play, cela fera l’objet d’un prochain message sur notre blog.

August 1st will mark the conclusion of Phase One of the transition process, which was basically “move over all the hardware and pretty much keep running things the same as they’ve always been.” It also heralds the beginning of Phase Two, where we fully integrate Fallen Earth into the GamersFirst publishing platform.

This mostly means we’re making a lot of back-end changes, and I’m sure it sounds rather vague, so here is a breakdown of the actual changes that affect you!

On August 1st:

You will need a GamersFirst account to log in to Fallen Earth (which is no big deal, because https://www.gamersfirst.com/register/index.php we give them away for free so you should make one now)

You will need to merge your Fallen Earth account with your G1 account Voltron-style to keep all your characters, reward points, and account history intact. This process will be available on August 1st. If, as of August 1st, your subscription is paid directly with a credit card it will automatically recur without your having to do anything. If your subscription is paid with PayPal or Click&Buy, however, your subscription will not recur in August and you will need to resubscribe. This is not optimal, and we’re sorry . We would prefer to allow accounts paid via PayPal and Click&Buy to continue recurring, but certain things prevent us from doing so and we must make lemons of this lemonade. Note that characters and items will of course not be affected if your subscription lapses, but any reward points you’re currently accruing for having a continuous subscription will revert to the default 10 if there is a gap. To prevent any gap in service, please make sure to resubscribe immediately following August 1st (more reminders will of course be sent out closer to this date).

Additional changes that generally don’t affect current subscribers but will also be in place as of August 1st:



New subscriptions will continue to come with one additional “Buddy” product key, but will no longer come with an ATV or Classy Feathered Top Hat (we feel that the new player experience of building your first ATV is valuable, and don't want the initial purchase to bypass that)

The base price for upgrading from a trial will be reduced from $19.99 to $14.99
In summary, on August 1st before you log in to the game you will be prompted to merge your Fallen Earth account with a GamersFirst account. Once you’ve completed the merge, from then on you will log in to Fallen Earth with your GamersFirst account. If you have a credit card subscription from then on you’re good to go; if you use PayPal or Click&Buy, you’ll need to resubscribe. Accounts that complete this transition by August 5th will receive some "thank-you" G1 Credits. New upgrades will only need to pay $14.99, and will receive a Buddy key, but no hat or ATV. The full Free2Play transition is currently still underway, and we’re making good time.
A couple points not addressed in this blog are the Subscriber Appreciation Gifts (what subscribers will get each month leading up to the Free2Play transition), the forthcoming Veteran Reward (what you will get if you have ever purchased a copy of, or upgraded, Fallen Earth), and the upcoming gameplay changes. These will be addressed in the next few blogs!
