Attention Operatives:

Morpheus’ threats to upset the Matrix if Mr. Anderson’s body is not returned have endangered the agreement of the Truce. The balance of the Matrix is being jeopardized. Morpheus is a known terrorist with an established history of unpredictable behavior. The Machines do not concede to demands made by terrorists, and there will be no negotiating. Mr. Anderson’s body is irrelevant, and Morpheus’ actions are in direct opposition to the terms of the Truce.

Morpheus threatens the stability of the Matrix, and in doing so, has acted outside of the accord. It is our position that Morpheus is a renegade among his kind, and as such, he is no longer protected by our agreement with Zion. If he chooses a continuation of these attacks, the consequences will be fatal.

Efficiently,
Agent Gray

Loyal followers of Zion, please take note. The actions of Morpheus, captain of the hovercraft Nebuchadnezzar, are not in any way sanctioned or endorsed by Zion High Command. His threats against the Machines, involving “awakening bluepills en masse” if Neo’s body is not returned, are made in pursuit of a personal agenda and have serious implications for the fate of the Truce and possibly all of Zion.

If you see Morpheus, relate to him Zion High Command’s desire for him to desist immediately, but do not interact with him further. As much as it pains me to say this, we suspect that Morpheus may not be completely sane at this point. Certainly his willingness to sacrifice the Truce for the return of a corpse does not indicate sanity. There is no evidence to show that this body is worth such a price.

I do not wish Captain Morpheus ill, but I hope he is forced to see reason before his actions bring further trouble upon us all.

Good day, redpills. And good luck.

Dearest Servants of the Merovingian:

Morpheus’ fascination with dead bodies is unsettling. Really, the stench of his dirty laundry is upsetting my stomach. At this rate, I am more inclined to think that Morpheus will be getting a bullet before he gets a body. I hope that someone has the decency to deliver on one of the options soon because it appears that that’s the only thing that will put an end to Morpheus’ flurry of oratory abuses. It’s all fun and games until someone’s aesthetic sense is hurt.

Perhaps Morpheus is unfamiliar with the rate in which human bodies decay, there isn’t going to be much left to give back after this long. Why does he want the body so badly in the first place? The meat will have rotted off by now. It’s too late for a taxidermist. He can’t reanimate it. I doubt even Morpheus would want to cuddle it. Perhaps he thinks that Neo is still alive. If Neo is still alive, the Machines should kill him and give Morpheus what he wants.

Most Sincerely,
Flood
