Fixed issue causing special attacks to do much less damage than they should. Also, special attacks will immediately interrupt standard attacks.

After depleting a resource node, gathering animation may continue for a while. This does not affect your ability to move, gather from another node, or any other activity.

Weaponsmith Task: Collect 50 Blighted Silver Ore was incorrectly asking for 50 Blighted Copper and Tin Ore. It has been corrected to accept the appropriate Silver Ore resource.
Changed the Master Name of Journeyman Tinkering Spanner from Smithing Hammer to Tinkering Spanner
Changes
Vital Strike is now Silver Strike. It has gained an additional attack and some additional damage, but costs a few points of hoard to use.
Ice Strike is now Gold Rage. Gold Rage has two extra attacks and does a large percentage of additional damage (more as its level increases). It maintains its attack-slowing affect, and also lower Primal resistance.
Dragon hoard should no longer decay on its own.
Upgraded Spirit Expert and Spirit Master to be in line with other experts/masteries
Modified the value of wheat flour and milled rice. They sold to the pawn broker for more than was appropriate.
Ancient mummies no longer drop only broken bats - the quest now gives you one instead.
The beneficial part of Steal Strength and Steal Dexterity are now removable.
The Dalimond pawn broker is now in another building
Power Shot I ability now ads 7 extra damage.
Power Shot II ability now ads 14 extra damage.
Power Shot III ability now ads 21 extra damage.

Changed description of Sorcerer Ability: Thought Capture to better describe the effect. (Captures power from a group member and gives that power to the user of the ability).
Technique Spell: Critical Damage I, II, and III add prefix Keen when added to spells and do slash damage.
Nida the Gatherer Trainer in Dalimond is level 35 Gatherer and not a Blacksmith.
Removed Technique Effect Craft Spinning I, II, and III keyword skill_use_spinning and added statmod_spinning_up. Note: this will allow the use of spinning techs on scissors.
Increased All Satchels capacity by 50.

Pinion ability will now reduce the targets movement speed to 65% of their normal rate, effectively lowering it by 35%.

Heart Seeker III now performs a single attack that will hit for 250% of normal damage.
Heart Seeker IV now performs a single attack that will hit for 275% of normal damage.
Heart Seeker V now performs a single attack that will hit for 300% of normal damage.
Ethereal Paroxysm I will now do 4-5 base damage 7 times over 42 seconds.
Ethereal Paroxysm II will now 12-14 base damage 7 times over 42 seconds.
Ethereal Paroxysm III will now do 19-22 base damage 7 times over 42 seconds.
Ethereal Paroxysm IV will now do 27-31 base damage 7 times over 42 seconds.
All fabricators will now have a recycle time of five seconds and will no longer require any sort of target to be usable. Note that the recycle timer will not make the overall usage per minute any slower because all fabricators have a five second post delay as is.

Additions
Journeyman Essence Orb Enchantment Formulae will now be available on the Journeyman Lore Keeper NPCs at a cost of five Imperial Lore Tokens (Journeyman).
Mage School will now receive the Melee Ward II ability at level 27.
Mage School will now receive the Melee Ward III ability at level 47.
Mage School will now receive the Melee Ward IV ability at level 67.
Mage School will now receive the Melee Ward V ability at level 97.
Wizard School will now receive the Fourth at Fifth Gift Slots at adventure levels 75 and 100.
Paladin Ability Infusion will now allow extra damage against undead the entire time the player has the augmentation on.
Adult dragons now get Shield of Gold. This abilities transfers 50% of damage to the dragon’s hoard, instead. One point of health costs 3 hoard points.
En gros plein de bonne choses pour les archers, les nouvelles abilités des dragons, le hoard decay qui disparait, et les sachets qui servent enfin a quelquechose .

que du bon quoi (a part le problème de l'animation de récolte qu'ils arrivent pas a régler, mais comme c'est marquer, c'est pas génant )

Si, c'est super génant. Ca rend le craft insupportable. Mais bon, ça finira bien par s'arranger

c'est génant mais pas primordial, je comprends qu'ils préfèrent travailler sur les plots ou sur les disparission d'items pendant certains trades que sur des animations

heu, je comprend pas trop non plus... d'après ce que j'ai compris ils calculent désormais le prix des objets suivant leur poids.

les métal tools ok, mais les mithril armor sont pas encore implanté et les ironsilk armor heu... jamais entendu parler

D'autant qu'on ne peut pas s'envoler tant que l'animation n'est pas terminée
