"Yoshida: We are currently developing the content. I avoided talking about it in the Opening Keynotes as it would require a lot of time to explain due to it involving the revamp of all PvP aspects. However, due to the big cost and the scale of the content, it most likely won’t be released in 4.0, but at a later time."
