Same threads keep popping up

Didn't know where to post this so it's going here :P Basically, I don't understand people on TSR. The same threads keep popping up with the same questions. Why can't people search before posting to see if their question has already been answered. **I'd find this ironic if there is already a thread like this as I cba searching to see.
