Probleme de launcher "NCsoft a cesser de fonctionner"

Bon je recapitule :

Quand j'ouvre NcSoft Launcher en tant qu'administrateur c'est a dire normalement voila ce qui se passe :

Je l'ouvre normalemet et cette fenetre s'affiche:

Ok j'ai trouvé sa normal , mais quelques seconde aprés ... ce sale message d'erreur s'affiche

Je me suis pas decouragé je me suis dis que j'allais l'ouvrir en mode de comptabilité pour Windows 2000 pour essailler puisque en mode de comptabilité Windows Xp Sp2 sa me mettait le meme message d'erreur :

C'est pas du tout pareil!

Si quelqu'un pourrait prendre au serieux ce probleme sa serait d'une grande utilité a bon nombres de personnes , vous savez pas a quel point c'est rageant s'avoir un jeux depuis des jours et de ne pas pouvoir y jouer !

Pour infos j'ai vista, executé en tant qu'administrateur marche pas, je désactive mon anti virus ça marche pas, je met compatibilité XP SP2 ça marche pas.

J'ai fait un recapitulatif de tout en un seul post.

Si un modo pouvait supprimer mes autres message dans ce topic pour mettre un peu de propreté sa serait trés simpa .

erreur de communication 36.
tout est écrit dans le message d'erreur.
la j'ai pas de link sous la main mais fait une recherche et tu trouveras la solution a ton problème.

j'ai deja fait cette solution , ajouter le "206.127.155.34 aion.patcher.ncsoft.com" dans le fichier host , mais toujours rien sa ne marche pas
