From here on you should pick mobs with low bodyresistance for better damage. Most of the ghostly mobs casters used to hunt have a quite high resist on bodydamage like the bantam spectres(hitted them for -30 with lvl 25)
For PvP/Coop players: Level 19-21 or so, the ants and black bears just South of Cornwall, in Albion, is a pretty good place. Pretty clear view (sparse trees, no shrubbery), and few roamers. Muryans (ants) and black bears inhabit this area.
