There was a quest bug preventing players from repeating the Temple of Elemental Light/Lost Artifacts Quest set, so that players could only do the quest once.
We have implemented a temporary fix for the situation. You will find a forge near Isin Dule now, and the forge will allow you to repeat the quest (you don't have to do anything, just be in the vicinity of the forge). If for any reason the forge disappears on your world, contact an Envoy and they will restore it.
This is just a quick fix until the September prop.
