The highest stat on a multi-stat item is the one used to determine the ultimate power of the Power Bit. Items with multiple stats can be used to create 2nd and 3rd Order Power Bits which are necessary to create an SEA with more then one stat.
Example 1: You have an item with +20 PRE and reverse engineer it. You will get a 1st Order Power Bit with a value of up to (or possibly exceeding) 20.
Example 2: You have an item with +20 STR +10 AGI +10 CON. Provided you have enough skill and the expertise to do so, you will create a 2nd or perhaps even 3rd Order Power bit with a value of up to (or possibly exceeding) 20.
You then take that 1st Order Power Bit with the +20 and combine it with, say, a Precision Modifier Bit to produce a +20 Precision SKill Enhancing Attachment.
You can then take that +20 Precision SEA and combine it with a 2nd Order Power Bit (lets say it's +20 too) and a Constitution Modifier Bit. You now have an SEA with +20 Precision / +20 Constitution. You would add a third stat in a similar manner using a 3rd Order Power Bit.
enfin juste un détail, a priori on pourra avoir des bouts d'armures craftées genre 4x25 comparativement au loots, ya pas photo, il y aura un très fort regain d'intéret pour les crafteurs et leurs possibilités de reverse ....

This system is completely seperate from Shipwright RE. SEAs will not be limited only to the six basic stats and will include a wide variety bonuses, new and old. The old SEAs (+experimentation ones included) will probably never drop again. However, they will be available provided you discover the correct junk combination(s) to create them.
il y aura des combinaisons d'objets lootés pour en faires des SEA a crafteurs, et sans doute d'autres choses (120 combinaisons valides possibles pouyr 5000 possibilitées de combinaisons totales a peu près, d'après ce qui est dit dans la comlink)

Most stats will still cap at +25, experimentation for example. The six main stats (Constitution, Stamina etc) are exempt from this as they are now.
Alors a priori pas de cap sur les stats de perso, juste sur le reste (experimentation est en exemple.
Cool, les +80 des combis jidi avec des +80 ou +120 comme j'ai pu en voir.... suffit a un combattant de se faire un stock maousse de ce genre de combi, et de les reverser une fois passé crafteur.
(je plaisante, mais je me doute que ça risque d'être le cas....)
