oui il est tout a fait possible de le faire ... mais vu que c'est illégale je ne pense pas pouvoir le dire ici
Et bien, j'avais deja essayer, et je dois avouer que cela n'avait rien donné (on trouve souvent des dossiers et des fichiers illisibles)
Quoique certains editeurs aiment bien mettre des petits bonus lisible sur Pc (comme des fond d'ecrans pour FFIX je crois)
Sinon, il y a toujours la technique du boulet: tu choppes les informations videos/audios directement depuis ta télé.

Sinon, peut-etre que certains sites d'editeurs proposent des goodies à telecharger ?

Il y a un programme exprès pour ça... je m'en souviens je l'ai utilisé voilà à peine une semaine... laisse moi quelques minutes et je te le trouve...

[Bon voilà je crois avoir trouvé. Tu trouveras ici différents programmes te permettant de lire les fichiers audios et vidéos d'un jeu au psx...
Mais celui que je cherchais ne s'y trouve pas, donc je n'ai aucune idée s'ils fonctionnent bien.]

Pourquoi illégal ?
Nous sommes bien d'accord que pour obtenir la musique et/ou des images et/ou des vidéos, j'ai besoin d'un CD. Dont, je suis le légitime (co)propriétaire.

Non non cela est bien illégal tu n'est en rien copropriétaire des donné se trouvant sur le Cd .. les données apartiennent a la boite qui a créer/édité/produit le jeu...

Donc cela ne t'appartient pas meme si tu as acheter le jeu ...
Je suis propriétaire du support et la loi m'autorise à faire une copie de sauvegarde du dit support.
Extraire les pistes musicales pour les sauvegarder sur mon PC c'est bien en faire une copie de sauvegarde. ^^

Non car tu les transforme en un format que peut utiliser ton Pc comme MP3 .CDA ou Wave donc dès qu'il y a transformation la copie de sauvegarde ne justifie plus rien .. puisqu'il y a eu modification des donnée original qui elle ne t'appartienne pas

Qui plus est la copie de sauvegarde est toléré et non autoriser par les lois
PSX Multi Converter lit l'intégrité d'un CD psx (image, son, vidéo...)
Tu peux prévisualiser tous les fichiers avant de les convertir... et il est très simple d'utilisation. C'est celui que j'utilisais.

L'utilisation est selon moi tout à fait légale. Tu t'achètes un jeu au magasin: tu payes pour le boîtier, le petit livret et le jeu (donc le CD et son contenu). Et tu fais ce que tu veux du contenu de ton CD, tant que ce ne soit pas commercial.

J'ai recopié ici l'intégralité du contrat de licence afin de ne pas sortir des phrases hors de leur contexte.Je ne sais même pas si j'en ai le droit en plus....

Observez, si vous le voulez bien, le paragraphe en gras.
Il y est dit, en gros, qu'il n'est pas autorisé d'extraire tout ou partie du logiciel (musique y compris) même si (c'est implicite) l'on est détenteur de la licence.

Que l'on achète un jeu pc, un programme, ou un jeu psx, on achète pas le programme en lui même, mais le droit de l'utiliser. (la licence). Je pense qu'il en est de même pour les jeux. Mais, je n'en ai pas la certitude. (d'ailleurs, si un juriste passe par là, et si il pouvait nous éclairer, ça serait bien intéressant.)
Donc, à la lumière de ces infos, je suppose que même si tu as acheté le jeu, tu n'as pas le droit légal d'en extraire les musiques, car elles font partie intégrante de la totalité du produit dont tu n'as acheté que le droit d'utilisation.

La licence n'est pas l'expression de la loi.
Un contrat peut contenir des clauses illégales ( et donc non valides ). Le dit contrat étant en anglais, je doute que l'éditeur se soit donné la peine de se renseigner sur la législation française.

Ce contrat là provient d'une société française justement, mais merci toutefois de cette précision sur la loi
Mais est adapté à la loi américaine et non française, comme le prouve son point 7.
