Unfortunately we had to take Europe West down again. During the maintenance earlier we upgraded several of our database clusters to help with performance and stability of our platform.

At the start of the maintenance we seeded the new clusters and validated the data but failed to identify that a small subset of recent entries failed to replicate correctly until after we had opened the platform to players. This was caught later than it should have and we quickly started triaging the root cause and scope of the missing data. After initially disabling ranked games it became apparent that we needed to take the shard down to ensure we can resolve this completely and safely. This does suck and will require additional downtime that we did not anticipate, sorry about that. No data from before the maintenance has actually been lost. Games that you started in the first minutes we came back will be gone. Purchases in the store you did in the time will appear in your account within a day or two.

Please accept our apology for this screw up, we got all hands on deck to get this resolved.
