Because account thefts are particularly complex issues, it can currently take up to 16 days for them to be fully evaluated and any necessary restoration to be completed. In most cases we are able to restore any items, kinah, or characters that were lost. Logging in to your characters will not affect our ability to restore any lost items. de 2 semaine on passe a 16 jours ( ouvré j imagine sa bosse pas le week end chez nc soft ) .
et le truc qu il comprenne pas tu fait quoi sans ton stuff manquant tes compo pour le craft que tu n a plus etc....
ça fait plus d un mois que nc soft subit des hack de compte de grande envergure et il on aucune procédure de restauration de compte ?
bref du grand n importe quoi
vacance pour moi ce soir on verra ça a mon retour (heureusement que war marche bien ) .
