NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- The Kelpie, Arboreal, Gemstone, and Clockwork Horses will now behave like advanced mounts.

- Minotaur Relics now show correctly on the region map.

- The tooltip text for Champion Levels now works up through Champion Level 10.

- Fixed an issue with the hair on Minotaurs not working properly with ATI video cards.

- The Minotaur Relic effect should no longer be removed when a relic-carrier goes out of and returns from the figure clipping range.

- Mythical item bonuses now show up in the bonus window.


CLASS FIXES AND CHANGES

- Minotaurs can no longer become Clerics or Reavers.

- The character creator no longer allows Midgard Minotaurs to select Seer as a class. Additionally, the description for this race now lists Thanes as a valid advanced class choice.

- In the character creator, Druid is no longer listed as a valid advanced class for the Hibernia Minotaur. This listing has been replaced with Warden.


Mauler

- The character creator now correctly lists Maulers as a valid advanced class option for Celts, Norse, and Britons.

- Fighters, Vikings, and Guardians will now receive two fist wraps from their trainer upon becoming a Mauler.

- Maulers can now use /recall.


Magnetism

- The push spell has been removed.

- Four new spells have been added to the magnetism line. These are in the “Mauler Guard” spell line. The Mauler Guard spells are instant-cast buffs that reduce the damage done to the player and return power to the caster of the spell. The icons, effects, and functionality are in place, but the final spell names and cast-related messaging are not.




TRADESKILL NOTES

- Spellcrafting gems have been added for the following Mauler skill sets:

- Fist Wraps
- Mauler Staff
- Aura Manipulation
- Magnetism
- Power Strikes




NEW FRONTIERS NOTES

- Most, though not all, monsters within the Passage of Conflict that con purple to level 50 characters are now worth Master Level experience.




LABYRINTH WORLD NOTES

- The AI on a number of monsters in the Labyrinth has been adjusted based on tester feedback.

- Healers and Realm guards have been added near the bindstones within the main entrances of the Labyrinth.

- Realm guards have also been added outside the main entrances of the Labyrinth.

- A number of the monsters within the Labyrinth have been given updated armor and weaponry.

- A number of additional monsters and mini-encounters have been added to the Labyrinth.

- Lord Agramon and the Dracolich are now available for testing.

- The artificial boundary preventing players from accessing the Dracolich lair has been removed. Feel free to explore this room and experience the encounter within.

- There is currently a pathing issue within Labyrinth that allows monsters to venture in to areas not intended for them. We are aware of this issue and are looking into it.

- The upgraded forge room now has updated pathing information. The room and encounter within is once again open for testing.

- The Catacombs of Febustros in the “flooded” section of the Labyrinth now has pathing and is open to players to experience the monsters and encounters found within.

- The Construct Assembly room has a new steam whistle that animates when switched on or off. Audible and visual clues will inform the players when the whistle is on.

- Six of the Minotaur Relic encounters, three from tier-1 and three from tier-2, have been moved from the Labyrinth to their proper locations in New Frontiers. The Minotaur Relics in question are: Farsia, Unver, Temel, Thatanu, Benun, and Mahir.



Item Notes

- The following merchants in the capital cities now sell basic Fist Wraps and Mauler Staves:

- Jordheim – Signy
- Tir na Nog – Kennocha
- Camelot – Hafgan Corley

- The Strength stat bonus on the Mauler Champion staff has been raised to 12.

- The Strength cap bonus on the Mauler Champion staff has been raised to 8.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- Fixed a bug while using the Atlantis client that would cause some spell effects to not display properly.

- Pets will now break their controllers’ stealth when the pet attacks something.

- Various emotes that deal with mounts now use the proper pronouns.

- Pets will now move with their controllers through Teleporters (excluding hard-load teleports).

- The tips on the loading screens will now display correctly at lower resolutions.

- Keeps and towers on the Realmwar maps will now be properly colored.

- The Minotaur race will now be able to train as Wardens with all of the Warden trainers in Hibernia.

- Minotaurs will now display their Clan names in-game. These are Korazh (Albion), Deifrang (Midgard), Graoch (Hibernia).

- You may now delve Mythical items while they are equipped.

- The initial zoom level of the Minotaur when editing the face has been reduced.

- The Mythical item slot in the paperdoll display should be properly aligned now.

- Minotaur Relics will now show up properly on the realmwar map when in a non-frontier area.

- A player carrying a tier 2 or tier 3 Minotaur Relic will drop the relic if they leave their group.

- Added a new player slash command "/givemr," which will give the Minotaur Relic to a nearby realm mate.

- Minotaur Relics now display blips on the map and realmwar map when they are “out” in the world.

- Added a window displaying the time left for a Minotaur Relic and a button to drop the relic. The window and button will appear for anyone who picks up one of these relics.


Class Changes and Updates


Mauler

- Maulers no longer have the realm prefix (e.g. Alb Mauler) attached to their name. They will now display as “Mauler” in all three realms.

- Fist Wrap and Mauler Staff style animations will now work properly.


Fist wraps

- The direct damage component of the style “Gut Shot” has been increased from 50 to 75.

- Style growth-rate has been decreased on the styles “Phoenix Strike” and “Owl Strike”.

- The stun effect on the style “Haymaker” has been increased to five seconds.

- The effects on the styles “Rib Cracker” and “Eagle Strike” have been swapped.

- The growth-rate on the style “Haymaker” has been increased.

- The Frontal Area Effect (FAE) snare on the style “Cross” is now properly set to be an FAE snare, instead of a single target snare.


Mauler Staff

- The effects on the styles “Tempered Strike” and “Forging blow” have been swapped.

- The stun effect on the styles “Ember Clip” and “Percussion” has been increased to five seconds.


Magnetism

- The Focus Snare line of spells will now only be interrupted by casting another spell.

- The Point Blank Area Effect (PBAE) Root line of spells are now properly set to be instant cast.

- The finalized spell names for all Mauler spells area now in place, and are as follows:

Quests - Albion

- Outcast Ormgarth - This quest's level was increased to level 25 to bring it more in line with its difficulty.



LABYRINTH WORLD NOTES

- The AI on a number of monsters in the Labyrinth has been adjusted based on tester feedback.

- A number of the monsters in the Labyrinth have been given updated armor and weaponry.

- Added additional mini-encounters to the Labyrinth, mostly in the 'Flooded' section.

- Fixed an issue where the Encounter boss, 'Morgif the Maligned', was not granting experience when it was killed in its final form.

- Fixed an issue with the 'transient soul' monster that caused it to be invulnerable all the time instead of just in its final form.

- Fixed an issue with the Encounter boss, 'Vicar Vartail', where his minions might not attack in unison. They will now come to each other's aid.

- Artwork for the great forge in the collapsed section is now complete. (Note: The pathing for this room is not yet complete.)

- Artwork for all three Labyrinth sections has received lightmap and texture updates.

- Many geometry and art bugs have been fixed throughout all sections of the Labyrinth.

- The mini-map for the Labyrinth has been updated. Obelisk locations are now listed on the map for easier player reference.


Quests General

- A Labyrinth Quest Remover has been added near each of the High Consuls to allow players to remove Labyrinth quests that they wish to retest. Please be absolutely sure you wish to remove the quest before clicking on the keyword. There are no confirmations and you cannot get credit back without doing the quest over again.

- Emissary: Proof of Strength - Players who do not wish to participate in the realm kill steps may now choose to kill monsters in the Frontiers for the quest.

- Emissary: Meeting of the Blades - Players who do not wish to participate in the realm kill steps may now choose to kill monsters in the Frontiers for the quest.

- Emissary: Meeting of the Blades - The treasure hunters for step 7 and 8 had their numbers increased and scattered throughout Agramon.

- Wicoessa's Proposition - Maulers of all realms should now be able to equip the quest reward.

- Broken Communications - Maulers of all realms should now be able to equip the quest reward.

- Origins of the Harpies - The reward for this quest has been adjusted for the Mauler.

- The Naxos Society, 30-39 - Maulers of all realms should now be able to progress past the [gain the favor].

- The Naxos Society, 40-50 - Maulers of all realms should now be able to progress past the [gain the favor].

- Marauding Bandits - Maulers will now be able to complete this quest.

- At Champion level 10 players will be able to quest for a Clockwork Horse mount. A voucher can be purchased from the Grand Merchant in the King’s Throne room and players can begin the quest at the Royal Stable Master in their capital city.


Here is the last round of quest retrofitting for the Mauler. If a specific quest is not listed, it is because either the quest did not need any changes OR the quest is not available to the Mauler. If anyone playing a Mauler gets stuck on a reward section of a quest, please report it as a bug.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- New Hasteners have come to town. They are working hard near the crafting areas of the capital cities.

- The three main Hastener spells have had their duration increased to ten minutes.

- All three main Hastener spells have had their speed increased.

- Power regeneration and power heal spells should no longer affect characters with combat power regeneration.

- Characters with combat power regeneration will now resurrect with power in the same way as vampiirs.

- Friendly pulsing spells should no longer be canceled by secondary cast spells.

- Secondary cast spells are now cleared when you die. This should prevent situations where a player would die mid cast, and finish casting after releasing or being resurrected.

- Nearsight immunity spells no longer put you in combat mode.



Mauler Class

- The Snare Aura spells in the Magnetism spell line should no longer be reduced in duration by resists or other effects.

- The range of the Power Tap spell types in the Power Strikes line has been reduced from 1500 to 500.

- The Double Swing spells in the Power Strikes spell line is now a short-duration damage-add.

- The Nearsight Dampening Chants in the Aura Manipulation spell line are now instant-cast and castable in combat.

- Style procs from the Fist Wraps and Mauler Staff weapon lines should now properly check your weapon specialization.

- The Casting Time Increase Auras in the Magnetism spell line should no longer interrupt enemy players.




CAMELOT CLASSIC WORLD NOTES

- The mini-map for Darkness Falls has been overhauled.

- It should now be easier for players to zone in to Deliah’s Den.



LABYRINTH WORLD NOTES

- The Mauler trainers are now accessible on Pendragon for testing purposes.

- The AI for a number of monsters in the Labyrinth has been adjusted based on tester feedback.

- The armor for many monsters in the Labyrinth has been updated.

- The flooded section of the Labyrinth is now open for testing! To reach the flooded section head south west from the top balcony of the hub. You will come to a spiral staircase. Go down the spiral staircase and then head left or right to reach the flooded areas. *Note: The mini-map has not yet been updated for this entire area.

- Two of the rooms in 'flooded' area are not finalized and have been blocked off. Trying to access this area will result in you being bounced out in to the normally accessible areas.

- Multiple encounters, bosses and mini-encounters are ready for testing and feedback within the flooded section of the Labyrinth.

- Artwork for the collapsed and clockwork sections has been updated.

- Prop additions have been added to various clockwork and collapsed sections.

- Player pets should no longer get stuck when going through the transition tunnel from the collapsed section to the clockwork section.

- Pathing has been updated across the board in the Labyrinth. The HUB pathing will be updated in a future version.

- Mini-map descriptions have been updated.


Quests General

- Players will be able to quest for a Gemstone Horse mount at Champion level 7. Players can begin the quest at the Royal Stable Master in their capital city. The voucher for this horse can be purchased from the Grand Merchant in the King’s Throne room.

- The guild track quests (epics) have been updated for the Maulers. Maulers from Albion will ally with the Defenders of Albion. Maulers from Hibernia will ally with the Path of Focus. Maulers from Midgard will ally with the House of Tyr.

- Styled after the Darkness Rising quest line, the Labyrinth quests are split into three chapters of increasing difficulty. The first six quests in Chapter 1 are now ready for testing. These quests begin with the guild leaders of each realm (Bishop Kustan, Visindakona Siv, Fagan, etc.), requiring only that you be level 50 and on the path of the champion.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- The particle effect on the Dochar Druid Hammer has been fixed.

- Players who are not using the Labyrinth client may now see the player Minotaur models.



CLASS CHANGES AND FIXES

Mauler

- Maulers now have Realm abilities.

- Maulers will receive Testudo, the Warrior Realm Rank 5 Realm Ability, as a placeholder until their unique RA has been finalized.

- Maulers in Hibernia and Midgard were errantly given the parry skill. This skill has been removed, and the maulers of those two realms now match the one in Albion.

- All maulers should now evade properly.

- The Fumble and Combat Speed Debuff lines of spells should now have recast timers of 30s

- All Mauler style procs now do Matter damage type.

- Maulers will now receive the Irreverent Gesture taunt spell at level 5.

- Maulers should now receive protect and intercept at the following levels.
[Note: These abilities will not affect existing maulers; you will have to create a new mauler to receive them.]

- Protect 1 at level 7
- Intercept at level 12
- Protect 2 at level 13
- Protect 3 at level 18

- The Nearsight Dampening line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line should now properly work for the mauler's entire group

- The HoT1 Line of Spells has been renamed to Healing Aura.

- The HoT2 line of spells has been renamed to Regenerating Aura.

- The functionality of the Healing Aura and Regenerating Aura line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line has changed. Healing Aura is now a true Heal-Over-Time spell line, and Regenerating Aura is now a health regeneration spell line. This swaps the functionality of the two spell lines from previous versions.

- The Healing Aura and Regenerating Aura line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line should now properly affect the Mauler’s entire group.

- The durations of the Healing Aura and Regenerating Aura line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line have been increased to 30 seconds.

- The recast timers of the Healing Aura and Regenerating Aura line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line have been increased to 30 seconds.

- The power cost of the Healing Aura and Regenerating Aura line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line have been reduced by half.

- The effectiveness of the Regenerating Aura line of spells in the Aura Manipulation spell line has been doubled.



TRADESKILL CHANGES AND FIXES

- With this version, we are introducing capital city crafting bonuses. When crafting in Jordheim, Tir na Nog, and Camelot City, players will receive a 10% bonus to crafting speed and a 5% bonus to skill gain chance for all tradeskills.

- Mauler Fist Wrap weapons have been added to weaponcrafting in all three realms



LABYRINTH WORLD NOTES

- Minotaurs will now start in tutorial zones when the tutorial has been selected.

- Bindstones for each realm have been added to the Labyrinth. Players can view/use the bindstones when they come down the spiral stairs from the main Labyrinth entrance.

- The artwork for the following areas of the Labyrinth has been updated:

- Dungeon entrance icons have been updated on the Agramon mini-map and each realms New Frontiers mini-map. Players may find the second entrance in to the Labyrinth at the following locations:

- Jamtland Mountains
- Emain Macha
- Hadrian's Wall.

Players will not be able to zone in to the second entrance until they have discovered its whereabouts inside the Labyrinth. [Note: Animations for the dungeon piece art are not final].

- As the result of tester feedback, AI of a number of monsters in the Labyrinth has been adjusted.

- Many of the mini-boss encounters in the Labyrinth have been adjusted.

- More "mini-bosses" have been added to the Clockwork section of the Labyrinth.

- The encounter for the Construct Assembly Room has been adjusted for the new artwork and room elements. The whistle at the beginning of the room is currently not active, so a workaround has been added for encounter testing. To use this workaround, “interact” with the cart labeled 'whistle.' This will turn on and off the parts of the encounter associated with the whistle mechanism.

- Fixed an issue with the 'Master Norr-ice' encounter that would cause the students to sometimes attack in tandem rather than one at a time as intended.

- (Pendragon only) Removed the Minotaur and Mauler requirements on the NPCs that grant experience in the tester room.



CAMELOT CLASSIC WORLD NOTES

- Corrected an instance where some guards in Mularn would spawn with their race displaying incorrectly.



SHROUDED ISLES WORLD NOTES

- Reduced the amount of drakoran mobs who wield bows in Avalon City.



TRIALS OF ATLANTIS WORLD NOTES

Oceanus Encounters

- Eternal Plant: Lowered the number of followers and fanatics that can spawn in the progression of this encounter.



DARKNESS RISING WORLD NOTES

- The spawn rate has been lowered for Legion and all of its minions in the final chamber leading to the Lair of the Demon Lord.

- The majority of common monsters throughout the hallways of the Chapter 3 dungeons have had their spawn rate lowered slightly. Monsters found within the hallways leading up to and inside the "Boss" rooms have not had their rate adjusted.


COOPERATIVE SERVER

- The Keep Lords of Dun Scathaig and Dun Crimthain have been fixed with regard to their teleporting of players out of the keeps upon spawning.

- The mini-map for the Labyrinth has been updated. The mini-map will now only show immediate areas that you are roaming within, which should help overall player navigation.

- Fixed an issue where some of the collapsed section encounters would become stuck if a pet landed the killing blow.

- Renamed a number of monsters in the Labyrinth

- Moved a number of encounters around in the clockwork section to accommodate new props and newly opened areas.

- Additional mini-bosses have been added to the Clockwork sections of the Labyrinth.

- A placeholder room has been added for the Assembly Room in the Clockwork section

- Placeholder rooms have been added for the Great forge in the clockwork and collapsed sections.

- New monster art has been added for Lord Agramon, Muxog the Goblin Chief, Minotaur stone golems, and the Clockwork Horse.


Quests – General

- At Champion level 8 players will be able to quest for an Arboreal Horse mount. A voucher can be purchased from the Grand Merchant in the King’s Throne room and players can begin the quest at the Royal Stable Master in their capital city.

- At Champion level 9 players will be able to quest for a Kelpie mount. A voucher can be purchased from the Grand Merchant in the King’s Throne room and players can begin the quest at the Royal Stable Master in their capital city.



COOPERATIVE SERVER

- Pet spam and Call of a Thousand Storms will now work on Keep lords and their minions that spawn over level 70.

LABYRINTH WORLD NOTES

- The main exterior entrances to the Labyrinth are now in. Players may use these entrances by visiting the island of Agramon. There is one entrance to the Labyrinth per realms territory. The inside of the main entrances are to be considered 'safe' so that players have time to prepare for the battles within the Labyrinth. Players of an opposing realm attempting to use another realm’s entrance will be directed to a realm specific location inside the Labyrinth.

- Various Collapsed hallways have received art updates. Players will notice light coming in from the ceilings of the collapsed halls along with ambient moths flittering in the light.

- A temple room has been added to the clockwork section.

- Secondary collapsed entrances have been added within the Labyrinth (You may not zone out of these entrances as of yet).

- Adjusted the relic encounters in the collapsed sections slightly based on feedback.

- Added additional mini-encounters into the clockwork and collapsed sections of the labyrinth.

- Tweaked the levels of existing monsters in the dungeon as well as adding in additional monsters throughout.

Quests

- The Trials of Atlantis quests that contain class specific reward steps should now properly reward the Mauler class.


Obelisks of Nurizane

- Obelisks have been added throughout the Labyrinth to allow for greater ease of transportation. These require activation to use just like Catacombs obelisks, with the exception of those in Nurizane's Crossroads. The obelisks at Nurizane's Crossroads function as a hub for all other obelisks in the dungeon (which only offer teleports back to the Crossroads).

- Note that some obelisks may not be perfectly safe to port to without immediately gaining aggro until we are finished adjusting monster spawns at the destinations.

NEW THINGS AND BUG FIXES

- Since last patch, some players found that they were able to advance beyond Champion Level 5. This was unintended. We have tracked down and fixed the bug that allowed this to happen. Any player who was able to get beyond Champion Level 5 has been reverted back to their Champion Level 5 status and has been given a forced respec. If you were affected this bug, please take a moment to respec your character. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

- Fixed an animation issue with the hand-to-hand combat idle animation on male valkyn savages.

- Midnight Sun (Axe) should now correctly chain off of Valkyrie’s Shield for Berserkers and Shadowblades.

- Another section of the Labyrinth, the Collapsed section, has been opened to Beta testers. This area may be accessed from the tunnels off the central hub.

- Additional encounters are available within the Collapsed section of the Labyrinth.

- Charmable monsters have been added within the Collapsed section of the Labyrinth.

- Various common monsters in the Clockwork sections of the Labyrinth have had their level slightly increased.

- Additional "mini bosses" have been added to some end cap locations within the Clockwork section. Several more will be added throughout the course of Beta 2.

- Minotaur stats are now accurate in the character creation interface and will transfer into the game correctly.

Un détail, mais pour moi ça compte parce que je suis fan des quêtes :
Il y a bien 3 nouveaux chapitres de quêtes dans l'extension.
Il suffit d'être niv 50 et d'avoir commencé l'apprentissage du champion pour les faire (pas obligatoire d'avoir fait les 3 chapitres de DR). Le 1er chapitre fait au moins 6 quêtes de long. (tout ça trouvé en lisant les notes ci dessus)

A première vue, sur alb, la "groupabilité" du fléau va en prendre un coup.

euh non c'est une release intermédiaire sur le serveur de test, le mino reaver n'a existé que sur le serveur de test us , sur une version provisoire de patch

sinon quelqu'un a vu les boies mls accessibles ? *fouille les releases*

Je pense que les deux autres chapitres ne sont pas encore inclus dans la béta (les notes de version précisent bien que seul le 1er des trois est testable).
Il y a aussi une note qui stipule que certains objectifs de ces quêtes ont étés modifiés pour permettre de PVE au lieu de RvR (mais toujours en ZF).



Sinon pour le Mauler, n'oubliez pas qu'il n'a que 1.5 pts/niv pour monter une spé d'arme et 3 spé magie, comme le séide donc. Il n'aura pas accès à tout, loin de là.

Qui plus est il n'a pas l'auto-buff du séide (mais quelques self buffs qu'il doit spé).
