Je sais que ce forum n'est pas très actif au niveau de Battlerite, mais cette info me semblait plutôt importante à partager :

Twitch is partnering with Nexon and Stunlock Studios to bring you the inaugural season of Battlerite Pro League, Battlerite’s official competitive circuit. Battlerite Pro League, Season 1 will feature a showdown of the best-of-the-best in Europe, North America, South America, and Korea with sign-ups beginning today and the competition starting on April 12th.
In Battlerite Pro League, teams will compete for a piece of the $80,000 prize pool, including more than $25,000 in the LAN finale prize pool. Twitch is the exclusive live streaming partner for the league with the first three seasons being broadcast on twitch.tv/battlerite, while Nexon is handling production and distribution for the league in Korea.
How to join the qualifiers
Battlerite Pro League open qualifiers for each region begin next week. The regions will consist of 8 teams each duking it out over the course of 5 weeks to see which teams get to stay for the next season, which teams will be relegated and which 2 teams will make it to the LAN finale to represent their region.
There will be 4 qualifiers for each region with 2 teams qualifying each day to make up the 8 representatives of each region.

Pour résumer, une ligue pro va être lancée dans les 4 régions avec un prizepool de 13k$ à la fin de la ligue. Suite à ça, les deux meilleures équipes de chaque région s'affronteront en LAN pour un prizepool de 25k$
Les qualifications sont ouvertes à tous, avec 4 tournois séparés qui feront passer deux équipes en ligue pro à chaque fois (du 12 au 15 avril)

Cette saison compétitive se cale sur la saison de partie classée, et si les résultats sont très positifs, on peut s'attendre à ce que ces ligues soient réitérés à chaque saison, ce qui donnerait un réel élan à ce jeu dans le milieu de l'esport.

J'ai jamais aimé l'Esport ni compris les engouements dans ce domaine...
Cela débilise les joueurs lambda qui ne jure que par ca.

Mais bon si ca fait ramener encore plus de monde, tant mieux.
